Very nice hotel suitable for large groups and events. Our room was spacious with comfy beds! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and had things like scrambled eggs, bacon and waffles but at 16 it should be.

Located on the Wienerberg below the golf course, easily accessible by car, parking available and free of charge, with public transport rather cumbersome. Staff flexible and supportive, it was pretty empty and no other guests noticeable.
It is very cheap.

Hello,

Hello,
In short, the hotel is rated 3 value.
We were in room 416 where the tiles / joints should be redone in the bathroom!
Otherwise everything was fine. The best thing about it was free parking in front of the hotel.

The hotel room is clean and there's a supermarket ...

The hotel room is clean and there's a supermarket that is just 7 minutes walk away. There isn't any center light in the room; just two side lamps and one table lamp, hence it can be quite dim (of those couples who come here would consider quite romantic). We came with a tour group and checking in wasn't a hassle.
What disappointed me was the breakfast. The breakfast was served at 630am.We went to level 1 for breakfast at 7.15am. They don't have a toaster to toast any bread and worse, they don't refill/top up any bread/cakes! There was a tag stated "croissants" but there wasn't any on the tray when I got there. After 30minutes of waiting (giving them the benefit of doubt that they were baking/went out to buy), they still didn't top up. So I went to ask the waiter whether there is any top up for the croissants. He just shook his head and walked away!He should at least check with the kitchen or politely say no to me. I was already disappointed with the fact that food was limited and the service from the waiter didn't ease any of my disappointment.
We left the restaurant at 7.54am. I spoke to the supervisor at the entrance /exit regarding the issue, he said they might have run out of it (at least his attitude was nice, give them another half star). So good luck to those who wake up later. You snooze, you loose, even if you pay for it, you don't get food to eat!
Tips for the hotel : if you run out of cakes/croissants, remove the tags, so your customers won't even know you serve those food and won't wait for the refills.

If you are visiting Vienna and want to go sight seeing, you can t possibly book a worse hotel from commute point of view. 20 minute walk through shady neighborhoods from the nearest train station.
Overall very bad quality, bathroom tub doesn t properly drain water, and when you are done taking shower, there is a pool of mud you have to walk out from.
Beds and sheets were the only clean thing in the room. Room is decent size but definitely not worth 120$/night.
Reception guy is programmed to respond I m afraid I can t sir to every request you make.

The hotel is located 8 km from the center, but 800 meters to the tram stop and 20 minutes drive to the opera house. Room clean, well-kept.
Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied with the breakfast! There was practically nothing to choose from. For 2 people, we got a board of Doubtful quality scrambled eggs with 3 pieces of ham and cheese, 2 slices of cucumber and a cherry tomato cut in half! It's all for 2 people. Strange because other guests.
The waiter was surprised that I asked for a coffee cake, whether the fruit said they didn't have it, and then brought something like a fruit salad to the next tables. I don't know what's going on, but at 4 * it's a mockery!

I went to the hotel very often 7 years ago, but yesterday's visit was very disappointing. The hotel has not only stagnated in its development for the past 7 years, but has deteriorated considerably. The comfort of the hotel was totally lost. Rooms faded, outdated with worse cleaning.
Breakfast that once was great is very poor today, with no choice, only with the basic choice. Warm buffet (wannabe eggs) chemical with flour flavor (chemical = dried, undeniably prepared). Staff poisoned.

Really a good old style hotel, classic but it can offer its classical rooms for the best. Staff is really helpful, friendly and the smile all the times, good job :) price OK just breakfast is expensive: 15 per person but it's really a wonderful hotel. You need just half an hour to the downtown, 5 min walking + 25 for the tram. WiFi, room was clean, fridge, safes, aircon and a beautiful wiew

I think this is a decent hotel on a nice location, near the golf course. Clean and quiet. I was happy to be there.
Cons: no iron, the furniture is little older.
Still for me it was not a big minus.
Thank you!

Here, hygiene regulations are completely ignored in Corona times.
Nowhere in the hotel do employees or guests wear masks or mouth / nose protection. Even in the breakfast room at the buffet, the food is touched with bare hands. Especially in these times unsustainable for people at risk. When we then had to forego breakfast, was
just told us succinctly that would be our problem. We will never book this hotel again and we cannot recommend it.

Absolute impudence. Various hair on the bed and in the bathroom. Calcified kettle. Coffee stains on the cup plate and dust as much as you can carry. No question how the stay was (understandably). Not even a 2sterne standard in my opinion and therefore the prices absolutely unjustly shame about every penny.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and adequate for this standard. The Wi-Fi (inclusive) networked me with the world. The air conditioning let me sleep well even at high temperatures. Breakfast with great variety and good quality including fruits, cereals, vegetables, continental and British breakfast.

Hotel great, room clean. Staff very friendly and very motivated. Had a seminar in the hotel, at lunch was the service staff overwhelmed, no coordination no flow, no structure. On Sunday we had to cancel the meal, as the break was over.
No reproach to the staff who did not know better, either unskilled or poorly trained.

I'm a hotel clerk myself and this hotel is just a joke. About the rooms: we had dead animals in both coffee cups (if you leave the window open then please with a fly screen). The bathtub had no smart door or a curtain. The door wasn't even enough for half the bathtub and it was floating over the tub. At the FSTK very expensive for the content of the meal. (2 slices of black bread, 1 roll, and 1 croissant, and egg dishes could be ordered, we got the coffee on the table and there was more coffee outside the cup than inside, and we didn't get any salt or pepper for the fried eggs, we could ask we not since the 1 employee who was there constantly went away.) No muesli or yoghurt what you expect from a 20 euro FSTK. And the customers are not taken care of either. Yesterday's late shift just faced his family while we were talking to him and asked us to wait.
