The hotel room is clean and there's a supermarket ...

The hotel room is clean and there's a supermarket that is just 7 minutes walk away. There isn't any center light in the room; just two side lamps and one table lamp, hence it can be quite dim (of those couples who come here would consider quite romantic). We came with a tour group and checking in wasn't a hassle.
What disappointed me was the breakfast. The breakfast was served at 630am.We went to level 1 for breakfast at 7.15am. They don't have a toaster to toast any bread and worse, they don't refill/top up any bread/cakes! There was a tag stated "croissants" but there wasn't any on the tray when I got there. After 30minutes of waiting (giving them the benefit of doubt that they were baking/went out to buy), they still didn't top up. So I went to ask the waiter whether there is any top up for the croissants. He just shook his head and walked away!He should at least check with the kitchen or politely say no to me. I was already disappointed with the fact that food was limited and the service from the waiter didn't ease any of my disappointment.
We left the restaurant at 7.54am. I spoke to the supervisor at the entrance /exit regarding the issue, he said they might have run out of it (at least his attitude was nice, give them another half star). So good luck to those who wake up later. You snooze, you loose, even if you pay for it, you don't get food to eat!
Tips for the hotel : if you run out of cakes/croissants, remove the tags, so your customers won't even know you serve those food and won't wait for the refills.
