Once again you amaze me, refusing a visa. I have been paying for a young lady to be educated to become a doctor of dentistry, she will acheave this next year I am 70 years old still working to make sure she has a chance in life, I have had a cancer operation, all i asked that she come and visit me for 10 days and join in my birth day calibration, she has to return to the Philippines to complete her education that is being payed for by me , NO cost to Australia, yet the Government let people come and bludge off people like me ( the tax payer) I am so disappointed with the refusal.
Terrible service. Phone numbers for enquiries never get answered and simply gets cut off. Hope Australian tax payers not paying a premium for this.
I have had no luck trying to ring Australian Embassy in Manila to speak to someone regarding personal situation Ring the number advertised and answer is unattended. What does this mean Have sent emails and still cannot understand. Very poor effort from Australian Embassy
If I could give a zero I would as that would describe the level of help offered. One is already generous.
Ask ko lang po how long it will take for tourist visa?and what more requarments is needed??plz need help thank you!
Was stranded in the Philippines in March 2020 Due to covid 19 virus.
The help from the Embassy was terrible
And very amateur. Many times I messaged them and got no reply, when they did reply
There information was sometimes incorrect or that they had no answer.
I gave a one star because I could not give a zero.
I can only give one star because there's no option for a zero.
