Asked to be seated on patio, after waiting 10 minutes, seated indoors. Brought wrong food, delayed one meal much later than others. Asked for kids' sundaes, delivered to wrong table. Finally left the miserable experience.
The waiter was nice and friendly and the Bandit Burger was delicious. The only problem is that it was a little loud.
It looks nice on the outside and the inside but the service is beyond poor. We went there on a Thursday around 2PM and found not one person working up front. There was a sign to go to the bar to be seated. So we wandered around to the bar and found no one again. We wandered around for a bit and never did see a single member of the waitstaff. We left and will never go back there.
