Third time husband was in er in a week. First time was sent home still in pain with I don t know what s wrong. Third time sat outside in car it the cold for over two hours cause of their no visitors policy was told they would inform staff I was there and waiting was never called or updated on what was going on. The staff and security guard was very disrespectful and rude
My son had a terrible fever and cough. They were nice but did nothing gave him some ibuprofen and sent us home. Barely checked him out. Now he is complaining of his ear hurting and we are going in again somewhere else. Also my fiance had to go in for being extremely sick a few months ago and the claimed food posioning.. she hadn't eaten anything in over 12 hours. Terrible.
No one likes to end up in the ER late on a Wednesday evening and being from out of town we weren't sure where to go. Despite having what appeared to be a fairly full house the staff took great care of us. From registration, to nursing, ER tech, radiology (X-ray & CT), lab tech, and DO, everyone was kind and supportive. Tests and results were done efficiently and we were kept informed. Big thanks to last night's overnight shift!
We waited 20 min in the waiting room before they came to get my husband who was doubled over in pain. Then we spent 7 hours there just to be sent home with no diagnosis. All we got was he might have a virus or something.
