Very disappointing service . We are travelling with Audley Travel (AT) for the first time. We set off tomorrow. At the beginning the sales patter from AT was excellent and believable but as we have come closer to our departure date the service has been very disappointing and I would never recommend using AT again! Very poor
Audley (Boston) put an itinerary together for our 2-week trip to Argentina and Chile that was just perfect and provided our family with experiences we would otherwise never been able to realize. Well done, plus the local travel agency support was great and made pro-active changes when an airline strike would have caused major issues. Highly recommended.
Always helpful and very well informed. Can do a variety of price ranges but tend to offer superb places and temptation follows!Very careful in their planning. We have never had a problem on their holidays but I am confident they would sort it out promptly.Their experts really know the local terrain.

We traveled to Indonesia with Audley last year - our holiday advisor was super knowledgeable about the area and really listened to our exact requirements. The trip was absolutely one of the highlights of my life and it was all of the special little delights and special touches along the way that made it so. Highly recommended.
This will be the second time we will have traveled with Audley Travel , our first trip was to Namibia in 2017 - we cannot recommend this company highly enough, they are so approachable, knowledgeable and top-class! Our travel rep Melissa Stagg (Far East Agent) put together a fabulous itinery for us as a couple in Thailand. Melissa listened to what my boyfriend asked for and chose hotels that suited us perfectly (small, bespoke, eco friendly and peaceful). While we were away the Covid-19 situation changed rapidly and Melissa kept us informed all the way along as to the unfolding situation. She did hold alternative reservations on a flight for us due before our holiday was over, to get us home before border lockdowns which we declined. In retrospect that was wrong of us as so many people we chatted to were stuck abroad, unable to get through to airlines or their own different travel agents. Melissa was beyond brilliant, how she managed to get us out of the Far East and back home I do not know. I'm a definite risk taker but never again will I push travel plans 'up to the wire', lesson learned. Melissa you're a star we'll be back hopefully one day when life returns to the 'new' normal
I cant fault the level of customer service from this company. Our holiday was cancelled due to COVID and we were kept informed every step of the way. A full refund of our deposit was issued and I would not hesitate to use them for holidays in the future.
