Our travel rep Melissa Stagg (Far East Agent) put together a fabulous itinery for us as a couple in Thailand. Melissa listened to what my boyfriend asked for and chose hotels that suited us perfectly (small, bespoke, eco friendly and peaceful). While we were away the Covid-19 situation changed rapidly and Melissa kept us informed all the way along as to the unfolding situation. She did hold alternative reservations on a flight for us due before our holiday was over, to get us home before border lockdowns which we declined. In retrospect that was wrong of us as so many people we chatted to were stuck abroad, unable to get through to airlines or their own different travel agents. Melissa was beyond brilliant, how she managed to get us out of the Far East and back home I do not know. I'm a definite risk taker but never again will I push travel plans 'up to the wire', lesson learned. Melissa you're a star we'll be back hopefully one day when life returns to the 'new' normal
