Audio Visual Experts Review

I hired A/V experts on the recommendation of one of my friends and neighbors after seeing the great work they did in his home. Let me say they exceeded my expectations and then some! They installed a samsung frame tv above my fireplace (not an easy job) running everything through walls to another room. They also installed in ceiling speakers in several rooms, tied those and other rooms into Sonos, connected a an existing roof antenna and a range extender. Their recommendations on which speakers and sonos products were spot on! All work was exceedingly buttoned up and they worked clean leaving our home each day in great condition. Matt and Joe ran the job and were exceedingly knowledgable and very personable and I enjoyed shooting the audio sh w/ them. Net, Net I can't recommend them enough!!!

We have used Audio Visual experts for both our sound system throughout the house and for our surveillance cameras. Both Jim and his associate Matt have been so easy to deal with. Their expertise is excellent and they both are extremely professional and neat while working on our systems. They come when they are supposed to and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cameras and sound systems. I would totally recommend using Audio Visual experts for a new installation as well as for any repairs.

If you are considering any work related to your audio/visual system in your home, Audio Visual Experts is definitely the "go to" company. They installed a new audio/visual system throughout our home that is incredible The sound quality is "theater like" and we are more than pleased with the work they performed. They also rewired/updated our television, sound system, installed a blue ray, and connected our Wii all of which were in total disarray.

Not knowing what hardware we needed in terms of an audio system, James offered a number of options and recommendations and their associated costs. He did not attempt to overselll his products as some other companies do. He developed a proposal that fit our needs and was reasonably priced. The installation was done in quick order and you would never know they were here - no cleanup of any kind was required. In terms of follow up, several months after the installation our universal remote stopped working for some reason and within a day Matt was back at our house with a new remote. Bottom line, they know what they are doing and they know the meaning of customer service and provide it without hesitation.

There are other companies out there that do similar work work but if you want the job done professionally and without any headaches or problems, Audio Visual Experts is the company you want to do your job.

These guys are AMAZING. James tricked out my house years ago - he is a genius. Not only is he always accessible and responds to every request, he is affordable and intelligent...and nice to be around. He helps explain any issue (or potential issue) and is anything but your "average" AV/IT guy. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Best in the business...hands down.

AV Experts have helped us with audio (speakers, amps) for TV and music in my home and business. They have also solved complex sound and video issues involving TV and our IT (computers) at the office. They are the best- neat, on time, dependable and a good value. I would not use anyone else.

We have been so happy with James and Audio Visual Experts. Our project involved purchasing and setting up TVs, cable, Apple TV, music (record player, SiriusXM, iPhone, Pandora, etc.), gaming devices and thermostats through a home automation system. James exhibited the utmost patience in explaining our options and customizing them for our needs and budget. James and Matt completed the work quickly and neatly. James helped us learn how to use our devices / system in person and by text message. The system he designed is very simple to operate - credit to James for making it easy for home tech newbies. We also hired AVE for a much smaller project because the first (big) one was such a pleasure. We highly recommend AVE!

James has been doing work in my house since 2007 and it's always been a great experience no matter what the job is. James and Matt come into your house and treat it like it's their own and they always leave your house clean when they are finished. we were dealing with a new tv, upgrading my Sonos system to work with my cd player, and getting me outdoor access to my streaming music. it took many detailed discussions but we got it all done. i have used AVExperts several times before and i am always satisfied with the service and the pricing. I had some high-tech audio equipment put in my house down the shore I just moved there so I didn t know anybody and I found James he came to my house and gave me an estimate first came back when he said he was going to come back and did a great job after about 17 times calling James trying to figure out the system I finally have it working Too many buttons on the control panel he has a lot of patience the prices were right

James and his team are incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. He gives several options and with different price options. We are very happy with his work and our system is expandable if we want to add services in the future.

James and his team are amazing. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and helpful. They show up when they say and get the job done. They stick to their estimates and come back to tweak/help problem solve or are available by phone to make sure you are satisfied. I thought they were so great and reasonably priced that when I moved in NYC I had them come up from Jersey to the city to do the job. They are excellent and I would strongly recommend them to anyone with AV needs.

We just finished our second home with Audio Visual Experts and they just go above and beyond every time.
