We had some issues with our vehicle and felt that we were not getting the answers we needed. The Operations Director stepped in and made sure all of our issues were addressed. It's great to know that there are people in upper management that care about the customers and take time out of their busy day to make sure we were taken care of. Sometimes the customer services makes or breaks it and Audi showed us how much their appreciate us!

For some strange reason I like being there. Surrounded by beautiful cars and a staff that has been there for many years. It like visiting my Audi buddies. Waiting room was nice and everyone seemed to be in good spits. Car drop off and rental car coordination was excellent

If your going to buy an Audi... there is no better place to go. You are always welcome no matter what age you are. I may be younger than the people they see buying cars but I know what good customer service is and this surpasses my expectations so thank you so much and keep it up please.

I currently have three Audis and can't say enough good things that I love about our cars. I take my cars to the Service Dept at Audi San Diego (on Miramar Road), the Staff (in Sales I deal with Fadi, in Service I've dealt with George (Service Manager), Manny and "Nacho") is very efficient, professional and their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Audi San Diego, sales and service departments. Angel Gilpin

I had my 2009 Audi TTS serviced on 9/17/2018 for the 75k manufacturer recommended service.

All staff were exceptionally professional and courteous. A service consultant, Jerald Camacho, took the time to explain in detail the 75k service, and to answer numerous questions of mine, and to set me up with a lyft ride back home.

While my car was undergoing service that day, another service consultant, George Gushulak, conveniently updated me via text and email about the status of the service, and estimates for additional services that I requested. Upon picking up my car, George went over in detail all the work that was performed, and answered some other general questions of mine. I left with a detailed safety/inspection report, my car fully serviced and maintained, and a thorough understanding of the overall condition of my car.

The car was washed and cleaned, and everyone treated me and other customers as valued patrons.

I will certainly return for future service and maintenance.

Service availability was excellent, but I asked for a loaner and was willing to set a later date to guarantee one, I was told I was all set only to find out loaners are first come first serve and had to wait an hour. Other people in for service had been waiting a long time and were under the same impression. The video walk around of the inspection by the actual mechanic was awesome. The prices for service of basics like brakes is atrocious, I am shocked someone would pay those rates. I did not receive an expected ready date or time, just a phone call on Saturday 2 hours before closing that it was ready. The final crazy was Manny arguing that rodent damage to an engine mount wire harness would make the CEL stay on and I should pay $400 to have two wires fixed. The mechanic had properly identified that engine mount was blown with hydraulic fluid trails left behind. When I received the car all the extended warranty work was completed as requested, I am thankful for the loaner, and the total length of time was reasonable. I would never bring the car in for basic services like oil/filter/brakes given the ridiculous prices quoted.

What a pleasure!!!! The whole process was a breeze! Saw the car of my dreams, called up to see if it was still available, spoke to the AWESOME salesman Greg Wyatt.... after that, I drove home that day with a GREAT deal and peace of mind. Greg walked me through the process, explained all pertinent details and answered the many questions I had. Would definitely come back again....all the way from Los Angeles county!!! And recommend my friends and family! Greg you ROCK! Audi of San Diego you ROCK!!

This is strictly for the Service Department. I rec...

This is strictly for the Service Department. I recently bought a 2012 Audi A3 premium s-line from a Commonwealth Audi. Little to say the least I did not have any intentions on coming to this dealership for servicing due to all the bad reviews and word of mouth badness from my friends. As reluctant as I was, this was the most convenient Audi service department for me. I came in with the intent of being bias to yelpers and friends, but that changed.

Initially I called in for either an appointment or to talk to someone about servicing my car. I had a faulty window, due to a factory recall. No one was available from the service department and I thought, "how typical". I left my number and issue with the operator and within 15 minutes Jack Myers calls me up and tells me to bring it in at any time before they close. I brought the car in within a few hours. I thought I'd be there spinning my wheels for the next hour or so trying to get them to buy my story to fix what I needed to fix. Jack took a look at my issue and quickly gave me a courtesy car. I was in and out within 15 minutes tops. These guys are spearing up a new concept and heading in the right direction for the service department. I felt like they heard what I had to say and quickly took care of me. The car was done within 3 days due to ordering the part(s) and an unaccounted technician. Jack was in constant contact with me, which I'm entirely okay with knowing the car won't be serviced for another 2 days. They even ordered/fixed the part that wasn't broken just to give me that piece of mind. I got to drive the courtesy car for the entire length of time for FREE so I had no problems with that. The courtesy car was the A4 AllRoad, which has every possible option available.

Picking up the car was just as fast as bringing it in. Everything is in working order and they checked everything from bumper to bumper for me just to be sure I was well taken care of. They even emailed me a check-list of things they did.

I would highly recommend getting your Audi serviced here. That's to say I was under warranty. I hope the service is the same for out of warranty cars as well. I'll find out for sure after my warranty ends.

Updating my review after two and half years of experience with their service department.

Hands down the worst service department I have even experienced - good luck even getting them on the phone when your car is being worked on - they don't answer or call back.

Most recent experience was them trying to charge me $1900 to replace a radiator thermostat that did not need to be replaced - I declined the service, took to my local shop and they were able to fix by simply purging the system at 1/2 hour labor for $55. Audi San Diego claimed they purged the system 3 times... so either they were lying or they have no idea how to purge a radiator.

My only advice for those who decide to service their car here... best you walk in the door backwards and already bent over, cause you are about to be...

Came here with family over the Labor Day weekend to look for a new car. When we walked through the showroom no one greeted us even though I saw 4 or 5 employees look at us walk by. They were not helping any other customers nor did I see any other customers around. When we were outside looking at the vehicles no one came out to help us for almost 10 minutes. Also a bunch of their cars on the floor were covered in dirt. I highly question the professionalism of this dealership and probably wouldn't recommend it just based on first impressions.

My wife and I unintentionally stopped by Audi San Diego during our Christmas holiday vacation on December 24th, 2016 to view an Audi Q5. (Christmas Eve)

Without the intention of purchasing a vehicle since we live 150 miles away, Aimal Abawi provided us with an excellent buying experience at the dealership. Aimal who is an excellent sales rep made sure we were happy with the car without any pressure. When it came down to the numbers, we were given a great deal we could not refuse.

Aimal is very positive, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, very down to earth and honest. We have the highest regard for Aimal's customer service skills. Two Thumbs up, 5 Star, A+ for being professional and extremely helpful.

To top it, Aimal went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. We felt comfortable throughout the entire buying process. If ever you are looking for an Audi, I highly recommend Aimal Abawi from Audi San Diego. (Also thanks to Rosalina Caballero in Finance)

From the moment I called Audi San Diego I had a great experience. Let's be honest, getting a new vehicle is exciting but can also be an extremely frustrating and stressful time. Originally I called Audi Escondido, and the salesman was unhelpful from the get go, so I decided they were not worthy of any business of mine. I then decided to call Audi San Diego on Miramar.
I had the pleasure of working with Fadi Houneini in sales. He was very upfront, honest, and patient. He really went above and beyond to get me, not only my dream car but an amazing deal. He made me feel very comfortable and was very genuine. That is rare to find and I really appreciated that.

When I got to the finance department I worked with Jamie Gilbert. She not only made what can be a very stressful situation much more relaxing but really took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the questions I had. I felt as though I was speaking to a friend not someone who was trying to just sell me something. She was absolutely amazing and so patient. I really lucked out working with such great people who truly cared about helping me and making it a great experience.

The Sales Manager Greg, also went above and beyond. You can tell he really cares for his customers and wants to do his best in accommodating anyone who walks through the door.

I would would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and wouldn't ever go elsewhere.

It is not a first time I'm buying a car in my life but it the first time I didn't feel pressure to buy. I'm really happy with Audi Q5 it has such a beautiful rare color. Hope my wife will enjoy it!! Car was at the shop for two weeks. That day of my appointment, I was told it may stay overnight. Two days passed, still no car. I sent a text (I shouldn t have to initiate this) to ask for an update. That s when I was told that a lot of the servicing technicians were in quarantine. While I totally understand this, I believe this information should ve been disclosed in the beginning to set the expectations that it may take a few days or longer, instead of saying it may stay just overnight.

When I finally got the car back, I was very disappointed to find out that it wasn t washed because it was very, very dirty, like it s been sitting at the shop for two weeks (because it was). I was under the impression that a courtesy carwash is always included with a service? Overall, I wasn t very pleased with my last experience.

Amaechi Anyanwu has done an excellent job at helping me get my preowned Q7. He really goes the extra mile getting the unexpected extras like roof racks and all weather mats and helped us reach an agreement with a manageable payment. For this I am grateful too. Even put a bow on it! I came back to Audi SD because I had dealt with him three weeks before to help a friend get a lease on a new A3. He is obviously in it for the long haul! Thank you!

Honestly, this locations customer service has been absolutely terrible. Everytime I contact them I either leave a message that never gets picked up or i have someone answer but they don't know what's going on even after the last person I talk to stated that they left notes for the account. This is extremely unprofessional. Now I am left the next two days without a vehicle because they don't communicate.

First off, one of the mechanics lost my spare tire key then claimed they didn t and as a result my service representative tried to charge me $200 for a replacement key. Not to mention $450 for a tire alignment that on average should cost less than $100. Then they tried to claim that my tires were all in critical condition and needed to be replaced, yet on February 29th, at my last appointment, my tires were all green (I drive About 5k miles a year locally). Overall I was nickel and dimed for everything, and my service rep marked up everything by 2-4X what it should be. The spare tire key, for example, is $100 on your own Audi San Diego Service website, yet they tried to charge me $200? You really need to re-evaluate how loyal customers are being treated and scammed. Up until now I only serviced my car at your location and have overlooked the fact that every time I have on average had to wait 6 hours for simple maintenance visits, thinking that your team was the most experienced with Audi cars and would treat me the best for spending the amount of money I did on my car, yet everything was difficult, I truly feel scammed and will be looking elsewhere for service of my vehicle.

I've worked in San Diego for nearly 6 years now, and considering I have a part time residence just 15 minutes away from this dealer you would think I would be purchasing one of my past 13 Audi's here. I've been by this dealer on multiple visits and return again as I considering Audi #14 to possibly purchase as a commuter car that is now needed in the household. I arrive to the dealer on a quiet weekday afternoon and park in customer parking in clearly visibility to the showroom. I walk in and the receptionist couldn't be bothered to offer a greeting nor any of the salesmen at the desk. Maybe they were busy, or possibly taking care of other duties. I understand, so I wander around the showroom.....and wander...and wait...and wander some more. Cars in showroom checked, let's wander outside, nope nobody out here and anyone who has ever been to this dealer you can't just go exploring looking for a car so you're pretty dependent on the customer service aspect. Walk back inside and walk through the showroom again, some of the salesman have shuffled, some are still working and the receptionist still couldn't be bothered. I gave it 15 minutes total, if nobody can be bothered to greet me, then I can politely continue to take my interest and business elsewhere. This isn't the first time, nor the last that I've had this experience at Audi San Diego. Go elsewhere, and don't waste your time here!

Went in to get a recall serviced. I was told it would be an hour to hour and a half to finish the service. Although the lounge is plentiful in drinks, the service took nearly double the time stated. I waited for nearly three hours. The lengthy wait was not even acknowledged nor did I get an update until I had to go back to look for the guy.

I have been taking my Q7 last 4 years to this service. I was happy overall (until my warranty expires) because those were the general services and never had any problem. After 15 days my warranty expired, something went wrong with my AC and cost me almost $4K. Manager was kind enough to give me a discount but still ended up paying couple thousands at the end. Then another issue. Boom $3500. Than another.. well I said wait a minute. All these things happened right after my warranty expired and no one saw that this is coming before it completely got messed up and we need to change the part because what is the difference than taking my car to mechanic Jimmy rather than Audi if the Audi does not warn me at all in advance until the parts are completely broken and needs to be replaced... then why I am taking the car to experts . Anyways i just sold my car last saturday and strongly advised to new owner to never take it to service because they are overcharging and cant warn you with anything coming. They like to wait and surprise you ops! $4K. Sorry $3K. Oh this time its cheap $2K if you gonna end up replacing the parts, what is the point to car get inspected and nothing found in advance! I got back to Mercedes which is not cheaper but at least the brand stands behind their vehicles!

Neal Kelly reviewed...
I live in Las Vegas and found the car I was interested in online. I contacted the dealer via email and was hooked up with Neal Kelly. We went back and forth through email a few times discussing the vehicle and potential price. Neal was responsive in our communications. In a short period of time we arrived at a number that appeared to be appealing to me as a buyer and I arranged to fly down to San Diego to examine the vehicle and potentially make a deal. Neal picked me up at the airport really making it easy for me to get down to his dealership. He had the car positioned for me and as soon as I arrived I examined it and satisfied myself that it was, in reality, exactly what Neal had inscribed to me prior to my arrival. Neal stood by the price we had agreed to and within a couple hours he bid me good bye with a full tank of gas. The vehicle had been a one owner low mileage car and it was immaculate. The only issue was that the owner's manual was missing. I asked Neal if he could do anything about it and he agreed to contact the lady that had traded the vehicle in on a new Audi. Within a couple of weeks, Neal sent me a text advising me that the original owner had located the owner's manual and had agreed to give it to the dealership. Without pestering Neal, he ultimately retrieved the manual and immediately shipped it to me via express delivery. I am so happy that Neal took the extra effort, post sell, to satisfy his customer's wishes. Neal is a very intelligent and sociable individual and he exhibited a great deal of integrity in working through the purchase of this vehicle with me. If all car salesmen were as professional and easy to deal with as Neal the automotive industry would be looked up to with respect by everyone. He certainly does serve to give Audi San Diego a great reputation.

A happy customer "Don"

Nabi was great. He knew the car well and was able to answer most of my questions needed to make an informed decision. So many times at other dealers I'd ask a question about a car, but get a "i don't know" response from the sales person. A sales person not knowing anything about the car really pisses me off since that's the only job they have, but Nabi was on top of it. Will be recommending my friends to Audi San Diego and Nabi.

Also, the tech guy Patrick was amazing. Extremely articulate and knowledgeable about every tech aspect of my new eTron.

I bought my 2013 CPO S7 from a different Audi dealership, but Audi San Diego has been the best dealership for service that I have experienced. My technician Derrick was truly impressive in his attention to detail in correcting annoying interior rattles. When you purchase a high-end vehicle you expect everything to be high-end, unfortunately with a previous owner and California roads somethings are going to have wear and tear. I truly appreciate the level of customer care and service Audi San Diego provides. Highly recommend.

There is quite a bit of detail to my travails for the repairs performed on my car. To summarize, I have brought my car on 3 separate occasions, and subsequently found myself on the side of the highway because my car broke down. Specifically, in this last visit where my car went in, the leather on my console was warped (looks like it may have been burned), there was a smell of cigarette smoke, and ultimately my seats came back dirty.

To summarize there is a significant lack of competence that put my safety at risk. Furthermore, there is no focus or desire to provide quality. My service advisor was helpful and did his best to help, but he is not empowered to do what it takes to make things right.

Ultimately, I have spent over 6 hours either sitting on the side of the highway waiting for a tow, or driving back and forth to the dealership. All this has meant that I have been without my car for over a month.

Finally, to add insult to injury, I have sent an escalation email to the Service Manager Russ Schwartzman detailing my concerns and to this day I have not received a response.

I would say that I have shown a tremendous amount of forbearance and patience in the matter. I now am going to be escalating this to the leadership at Holman. This is unacceptable and no one should ever be treated this way. Ever.

Audi San Diego has the worst service. They rarely answer the phone. When you leave a message they rarely call back. When you pick the car up from a service they forget to reset the computer, so the car still says that a service is due. We bought our 2014 Q5 TDI here and had it serviced here numerous times over the years. Last week, we brought our Q5 in for a second time to get a recall replacement performed along with several other service requests (install new tires, oil change, replace battery). Every time we attempted to get ahold of our service advisor, we were on hold for 10+ minutes and never actually reached him directly. On top of that, none of our text messages received replies. And when all was said and done, Audi San Diego failed AGAIN to perform the catalytic converter recall fix and also did not replace the battery as requested. Terrible communication and terrible outcome from the service, all at extremely high prices is not a recipe for success.

We will never even consider servicing our vehicle at Audi San Diego again and would strongly urge others to avoid it as well.

I brought my Audi S5 here after one of my tires blew out, and to get it serviced. The staff here at this location are amazing. From the time you pull into the service garage, to the time you pick up your vehicle, everyone is super helpful and kind. Damien was my service advisor. He did a phenomenal job of processing everything with my warranty for my tire, as well keeping me up to speed on everything that was going on while my car was getting serviced. Unlike other Audi service centers I've been to in the past, not one time did I ever feel like I was being upsold on anything I didn't need for my vehicle. He was awesome!

This was my first time buying a car for myself and I have to say my experience with Audi San Diego was nothing short of phenomenal. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product but the one who stood out above the rest was my salesman, Anthony Picozzi. Not only is he extremely detail oriented but he takes the time to listen to your needs in order to provide you with the best service. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and this process can start to feel a bit overwhelming but Anthony s abundance of information, his willingness to educate and his cool and collected personality made for the best buying experience. If anyone is in the market for a new car I would highly recommend you buy it from Anthony because I could easily say he s the best salesman ever!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Audi San Diego. While we have two closer Audi dealerships to us, my husband insisted on driving over an hour to SD due to the large inventory they have. The days leading up to his visit and while he was there he continually raved about the easy buying experience Amal and his team provided. After customizing the car, the dealership had it delivered to us in Orange County a few days later. I was met at the door by Raul Leo who I also cannot say enough good things about. He was professional and knowledgeable. He patiently explained all of the ins and outs the car offers. He answered all of my questions and was willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. He programmed my iPhone and garage door opener. He went above and beyond everything I expected. I highly recommend using Raul and Audi SD and know you will have as positive an experience as us!

I was quoted over $1100 to change 8 spark plugs on my 2013 S6. I got a second opinion from a local Audi specialist near me who not only did that work, they also replaced a coil and air filter for$700. Your team is gouging customers. When i told Manny about this, he offered a discount, why not just charge a fair price initially? I took my business elsewhere and still had to pay $200 to you for diagnostic. That will be the last $$$ you get from me.

The whole reason I go to Audi San Diego is because of George Gushlak. He is a technician and helped me out after I had moved here with my Audi when it was 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Because of that I returned to purchase a car from this dealership and have received great service. George is one of the few guys I have ever trusted in the car industry. I worked with Greg Wyatt who listened to what I wanted and was able to present me with options that met those needs and more. He also did a wonderful job to getting me a great deal on my car. The overall service I received has changed my car buying experience for the better and exceeded all expectations! Thank you Greg and Audi San Diego!! Just tell Greg that Veronica sent you! :)

It was a pleasure working with I.J. and Audi.

It was a pleasure working with I.J. and Audi.
I.J. was very thorough and knowledgeable, while creating an enjoyable car buying experience.
I previously had a Mercedes and was at a Mercedes Dealership that morning test driving a new vehicle.
I stopped at Audi on the way home and I.J. made a convincing case to switch over to Audi.
Not only was he vastly knowledgeable in the Audi product of styles, make, specifications, but he also explained the great service aspects and hospitality that Audi provides during the ownership.
I.J. escorted me around and introduced me to the different aspects that Audi provides after driving off of the lot.
With the introduction to the service edition, I purchased products to be able to return and utilize the friendly environment.

Your salesman are there to sell I suppose but apparently they re just there to judge. if they really wanted to sell they would greet ALL their customers The same. Just like the saying never judge a book by its cover . Someone could of had a great sale today but they thought we didn t have the money for it Bc we looked too young. It was honestly an unpleasant visit there, it took a while before someone even came up to us to help us out. And after he talked to us for a little he left right away while we were still checking out cars that we had questions on. Anywho thank you Audi for the unpleasant visit should retrain the staff not to pre judge their customers by their looks. Someone may go in there dressed in a suit but they may not have the money and someone else may go in there with simple shirt and simple pants that person may have all cash to buy a car. too bad you let them go right. Good luck next time y all. Only nice person there was the receptionist

I was pleased with the service. However, I was not pleased that customers and a few of the employees were not wearing face mask in Audi Car dealership. Due to this issue, I had to walk around outside while waiting for my car service. Although, the sign on the door requires customers to wear mask in all establishments. Customers and a few of the employees were not wearing mask for safety.

Ordered parts via their genuineaudiparts website. One part received was the wrong part. Contacted them to have the correct part sent. Waited two weeks for a resolution, which ended up being a refund for the incorrect part, and it has since been a month since being promised a refund and no refund has been received. At the moment it has been 6 weeks since receiving the incorrect part without any follow through on the resolution on their behalf.
