Top notch, all stars to the service dept. My friend needed a battery for her key fob. I believe he was the manager and his name was Brian. He was very kind and helpful to us. My friend who owns the Audi said it was too bad she will be leaving Houston before purchasing another car. She said she would have bought it here because of his courtesy. Thank you Audi !!!

The centre is great, clean, comfortable and welcoming.
As my Audi had a few little issues to correct, a loaner vehicle was sought, which was just great.
Brian s customer service is absolutely first class. It s my 2nd or 3rd time visiting and each visit is always perfect (all issues corrected, and car is nice and clean upon collection).

This experience that I have had with Audi is the best experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. The staff , the salesman David& John and including the Finance department Austin. These three guys actually make things happen and when they say they are going to work for you they actually do what they say they are going to do. I appreciate on how they treated me , how they greeted me and there customer service is just so outstanding. Thank you Audi for this awesome and wonderful experience.

My service representative Leo Caldron was top notch! Answered all my questions and concerns and really cared about my personal experience at Audi North Houston. The loaner car representative was great as well and got me on my way while my vehicle was serviced quickly and efficiently.
