Upon immediate arrival, I was met by a friendly and polite gent, that aided me with the service process perfectly.

Issues were discussed and a plan of attack was quickly actioned.

The centre is great, clean, comfortable and welcoming.

As my Audi had a few little issues to correct, a loaner vehicle was sought, which was just great.

Brian s customer service is absolutely first class. It s my 2nd or 3rd time visiting and each visit is always perfect (all issues corrected, and car is nice and clean upon collection).

Outstanding work, someone in management really knows what they are doing here.
