**DON'T BUY AUDI - rubbish reliability and poor customer service same as arrogant Volkswagen. My brand new Audi had multiple transmission failures amongst a list of many problems. Never again. I'm now selling out and going Japanese.
I m a new owner of an Audi and so far have loved the car.
However what astounds me is why Audi sell you a vehicle with a brand of tyres that they do not even stock for replacements!
When I queried this with head office, the lady that I was speaking to was less than enthuasiastic to engage in conversation and advised they receive many of these issues but can t do anything about it. But she was willing to take my details for when they do have an update and advise of that. I don t know why you d want to waste my time later on when the problem is now.

Connected via a car sales ad, spoke to Andres the salesman for the car and confirmed I'd be in later that day. When I arrived staff were very polite and Andres had the car ready to show me. He was not at all pushy, after reviewing the car and its history we went straight for a test drive. Post test drive we discussed price and then I said I'd need to go away and have a think, he was very professional and friendly about it all.
The facilities are top notch and it was a good experience.

I dealt with many Audi dealers around the nation, trying to source a vehicle, and honestly just felt compelled to write a review here.
Leigh was amazing to deal with and if it had not been for Covid and location issues, I would definitely have tried to stick with Leigh in terms of sorting out the deal!
Just a genuine person, and went the extra distance even after my local dealer purchase, he was still happy to help in any way.
It's RARE to find such helpfulness and genuine willingness to assist in today's world.

Back in December we purchased an Audi A5 via Spyro Simillis,just want to advise the service was excellent!
Found the the buying experience first class. Same with the finance department. Have yet to take the car in for a sevice.
Walked around for 20 minutes looking for a car they had online. Initially someone pointed me.in the right direction then the place felt abandoned. At least I got a nice photo of the cars I wanted to look at.
Edit: I followed up with Audi on the vehicle I was looking at and had a hugely improved experience. I don't believe in bad feedback for the sake of it. So I make this edit to provide the alternative view.
I have heard the Ad on the radio for the Audi offer, and I went there and was very lucky to meet Mahmoud Dib the salesman, he was very supportive in showing me all the details and doing all what he can so I can have my first Audi car.

Never trust a car salesman's Verbal promise unless they put in writing. I was promised my car comes with Internet connectivity just need to wait for software update in 3 to 6 months time. Lesson learned!!

Shout out to sales executive Spyro. I recently purchased a new car here and unfortunately had a few minor issues (extra options, minor scratch) - over the span of 3 weeks. However, Spyro has been nothing but transparent and punctual. he would always quickly attend to any problems.
What s more, these issues came about after the deal was made and the keys were already handed over to me. Spyro still worked hard to ensure that after-sales customer service was a priority.
This kind of service is what differentiates Audi to its competitors. I would recommend anyone to Spyro.

The ACS Showroom is the best in the country with almost all models available in the showroom. Started my search 12 months prior to have my car delivered in August 17 with Audi A4 2.0 TFSI Quattro to ensure fully understanding the models to my exact requirements.
Ordered my car in Jan 17 with Mahmoud Dib, and his managers Sash and Matthew. Lots of good support to get my spec including the order of the unique Audi Exclusive Paint and parts. Very happy to receive the car as a MY18 spec in August and seeing the Audi Exclusive Paint and Parts. MD and his team has followed through and provided updates in proper communication frequencies.
Sebastien from the finance team was also fantastic providing the finance to fit my budget.
Recommends the dealership if you want the best sales and service.
The only downside is that i didn't order the Audi Phone Box Light if Audi Australia made the item description clearer other than just wireless charging but also include the second phone connection (simultaneously switched between two phones), which is important to my requirements.

Garbage customer service, I purchased a vehicle and it took them a week to send me a receipt which I needed for the transfer. It seems like if a question is too hard for them they just simply don t reply.
They claim the vehicle I purchased had passed inspection but when I went to take it over the pits, it didn t pass. They said a reimbursement would be issued but were only boycotting, hoping I would forget.

Researching and buying a new car can sometimes be fraught. Navigating what could have been stressful was made so much easier with Yannick, who was not only supremely courteous but transparent and professional. The car seller is very enthusiastic. I feel that the more expensive the new car, the greater the bargaining range. Basically, you can bargain by 5-20%. It is usually fine for a few days with him. At the time of the fiscal year, or at the end of the year, when the uncle car seller needs to make a profit, it will be the cheapest. Generally, when there is a discount, or when there are events, it will not be the cheapest time.

Visited the dealership spontaneously as we were around the area and in the market for a new car. We were considering either an Audi or a Porsche.
Everything went well until the negotiation started or shall I say lack thereof. As expected, they wanted to make a sale, and we were pressured to make an offer and commit to a car on the day. What was not expected was the barrage of condescending comments and unsolicited advice when our offer was too low for them.
Despite being upfront that we may need to discuss everything at home first, we were pressured to make an offer- so offer we did. Instead of giving us a counter offer, we were handed back the keys to our current car that we were looking to trade in AND were told the following:
You can come back in 2 years and buy it used
Piece of advice, I wouldn t go to Porsche and make such offers as they would not entertain people WHO CANNOT AFFORD IT
It would have been a win-win scenario for both parties had there been more willingness on their end to negotiate minus the insults.
Lastly, in response to your unnecessary remark I don t know what field of work you re in, but those numbers don t work - we are able to pay for the driveaway price (even without discounts) in cash. However, even if we truly couldn t afford it - for such a prestigious brand, I expected a bit more professionalism or even at the very least, common decency. Truly a disappointing experience.
