I purchased a Q5 last year and to say im happy would be a understatement. From the out set of inquiring about a car Shane contacted me promptly. He was polite, friendly and his enthusiasm for the product was infectious but the best part was i didn't feel like i was being sold to and lets face facts most car salesman don't have the best reputation. Shane's service was out standing he gained my trust in a matter of minutes with his honest down to earth approach. We arranged an appointment for my wife and i to come in to your dealership and i was really impressed with Shane's attention to detail with your range of cars and also offering us a drink while we looked around but generally making us feel at home after a long working day. Once we decided on the car we then went through Audi finance and Khalil services complimented Shane's.

He too was friendly and very helpful with the financing. Flash forward to our first service and there was a bit of a mix up when my wife booked the car in. Even though it was 6 months after the purchase i called Shane and was pleasantly surprised not only did he remember me but he also fixed the mix up with in 10 minutes, continuing on the great service. So we purchased a brand new black Q5 and wow what a head turner and we haven't looked back. It's safe to say not only have I told everyone about how great the Q5 is but also how great the service is to match car.

My wife drives the Q5 and loves it. But when my day comes to purchase a car it's safe to say where i will be going and who i will be asking to deal with. Working in the service industry i appreciate and know how valuable feed back is. I hope not only Shane's manager but also as many members of the Audi team see this review as you all im sure have a part to play for customers to enter such a great environment and to be treated like we are your only customer SPECIAL. Keep up the great work and Shane if you get to read this hopefully I'll get to see you again one day soon which means i can get another Audi.

AUDI seem to have a problem with the truth. The owners manual states the Q3 uses 1-2% adblue in the 20litre TDI but my Q3 is using 3-4%.
I took it back to AUDI springwood but was told that a recent email from AUDI said this was normal and they would not rectify the problem. The car also has a severe lag in acceleration but I was told its normal and to use sports mode. WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK

I am very grateful for the time they gave me with some test drives, particularly as I had made it clear I probably wasn't ready to buy. I was also pleasantly surprised that they were able to let me test drive a specific spec which is quite rare. I was very impressed with the vehicles and will definitely be returning when I am ready.

I would like say thank you Spyro Simillis. His service is perfect and fabulous. We happy with our new Audi A3. And we should recommended Audi Centre Sydney and Spyro for our friends.

Almost 30 mins waiting time at the upstairs saloon while the salesman already severing others downstairs without any notice. That's the place you should go for. No A5, just go for CLA, never AUDI.

Just recomended my great mate to ditch his C63 Mercedes and check out a much more practical SQ5 at the awesome Audi Centre Sydney.

First point of call was to make an appointment to see Sebastian, same gentleman I purchased my new Q5 from June 17.

From the outset Sebastian was a pleasure. He engaged with his Manager Sash and from the outset made certain we got a good deal.

None of the high pressure, rush, rush, rush just trying to sign you up to anything. They made certain that the car was right and organized an overnight test drive.

This is what was needed in our case so we could check if the vehicle fitted the garage and whether George my mate (and purchaser) could also obtain full approval from his Wife, granted of course once she saw the vehicle.

We returned the next morning, settled on the price and now George has happily joined the Audi Centre Sydney Club, no more over rated Mercedes - hahaha.

Another great experience from a well Managed and run business!

Horrible service!

One visit to their "Service" Department, for a scheduled service, was enough to convince me never to return again! None of the servicing tasks were done correctly, starting with incorrectly inflated tyres, through to over-lubricated door hinges and culminating with the engine oil not serviced appropriately. Despite amazing above mentioned points I got a outrageous bill!! Don t trust this place & definitely check the work & price else where.

Met with sales person named Allen Zhu, avoid him at all cost, your typical arrogant salesman who seems to judge you at first sight. I was politely asking about trade in price for my Audi TT and I told him the official written quote from other official dealer that they willing to buy my TT for this much can you match it, he straight told me to my face - where do I get this quote? he looked at me like I tried to lie to him and advised that I shouldn't be expecting to get that much since he himself can't get rid his TT 2017 model. so basically he is telling me that he don't believe his own product while I can prove it to him that even other dealer can appreciate this car better than Audi dealer. it's a really bad salesmanship on his part for not even trying. I mean it's your own product how can other dealer value it better than you can, the least you can do is try and match it and keep the customer in Audi circle which was my intention. I met the second salesman named Andres, now he is a decent guy he gave me lot of helpful advise and very neutral, you can tell he is trying to make something out of our brief conversation.

Over the past few weeks my wife and I had been in conversations with 3 Sydney dealerships (Audi) to find a suitable replacement for my recently purchased Mercedes Benz Sedan.

First contact was with Rabih at Audi Centre Sydney and from the first phone call to my multiple emails, early 1am SMS text messages Rabih Dib treated my wife and I with respect and was extremely professional.

First point of call was to make an appointment to see Rabih face to face, living in Wollongong my wife and I Made the appointment and From the outset upon arrival Rabih was a pleasure to deal with, a man of his words, true gentlemen and went over and above for me as a customer and delivered on what he promised.

There was no high pressure, no rush he ensured that we were making the right decision for the right reason and made certain that the car was right before we started talking figures and Within and hour we settled on the price and shook hands and the deal with done..

took my rs3 in because didnt feel right. With in a day they found the problem. Took another 2 days to get the part and install. Very fast very professional. Done under warrenty with no issues. Highly reccomend

Non-existent customer service, arrogancy seems to be the standard requirement for the employees of this company. Simple request is tooo much of an effort to accomodate their clients. Its a first and the last time I ever bought an Audi. Merx is the answer for me....

We purchased our second car from Shane Sonego at Audi Centre Sydney! We are extremely happy with our purchase yet again and the service from Shane is very professional, he was extremely helpful with finding us the car we needed for our growing family! And very patient with having our baby there too! The finance team made it very easy for us too! Professionalism like this is very hard to find. This is why we always come back to Shane! Not much to say here. It's a car dealership. Generally the service people are useless, they hide behind the guise of not being technical. The technical staff appear to be average as well. In all honesty, if the car was outside of warranty I wouldn't be taking my car here.

Completely incompetent and complete lack of attention to detail! Brand new s4 that s now has to go back for the 3rd time

When delivered the car
was poorly detailed
Had damage to the centre console
No tow bar fitted as asked

Had to chase the new console for 3 weeks
After replacement the console was not installed correctly
Had to go back again
When installing tinted windows i was left with glue marks all over the carbon fiber trim

Now noticed major paint defect due to incorrect detailing at delivery... no urgency to fix it.. got told if I want a courtesy car while vehicle is being looked at I need to wait till feb 2020.

All this in less than 6 months of owning a brand new $120k car.
Nice work! Will never go back for as much as a service let alone for a new car!!

I had a very positive experience with Mahmoud from ACS. From my initial tire kicking visit (i had already decided on a car from a competitor) i was immediately impressed with the attentiveness given. The same could not have been said for a three pointed star dealership nearby. The experience from Mahmoud was relaxed and hassle free, so much so i took a test drive several days later and put a deposit down on an (unexectatedly awesome) RS model that same day. After sales service has also been impressive (surprising the skeptic in me).

Nazim and his team were a pleasure to make business with. Nazim helped me pick the right model and was very accommodating with several different options I wanted to get. The entire process was smooth and painless and the time was delivered faster than expected and even with a few gifts included.

As a sales, impatient, low EQ and arbitrary are big shortcomings for business. It's never excusable n unqualified for a sales. This dealer might be the biggest one in NSW, but it is not only one ok

We have an Audi e-tron which requires specialized maintenance and has been a bit demanding recently. Working with Kosta and the team at Audi has made it all so much more tolerable. Kosta is super responsive to questions and issues, and he and the Maintenance Manager have really exceeded all of our expectations and needs. On top of that they are super nice people to deal with. We can recommend them without hesitation.

Mahmoud Dib worked hard convincing me to buy the new Audi A7. The car was delivered in a week and on the drive home today I was so glad he did. His attention to detail, communication and knowledge of the car is 5 Star ++.

On two occasions now, I cannot speak highly enough of the service i recived from Shane in the new cars department, he was very honest and pleasure to deal with. Recently had another issue with the cooling system of my Q5 frustrated with bringing the car back in again for the same issue. It was rectified under warranty. Sophie from the service department was fantastic, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with my service.
