Nu exista posibilitatea de schimb cu alta masura pe motiv de igiena motiveaza ei insa produsul s-a probat in aceleasi conditii ca si la cabina si predat exact la fel. Nu exista nicio avertizare in acest sens la raftul de unde am luat produsul si deasemenea nici la casa unde am platit , existand doar la informatii sau in cabina de proba . Ca atare pt ca nu s-a putut schimba l-am lasat cadou magazinului Auchan . Responsabilul a ridicat din umeri ca nu are ce face...bla ,bla.
Consider ca trebuie sa fiti mai amabili cu clientii si sa nu-i pierdeti pt 10 eur. Sunt un client care facea cumparaturile pt toata familia la acest magazin si pot sa fac dovada ca sumele lasate nu erau de neglijat. Fara indoiala ca ma voi indrepta spre celelalte supermarketuri si va asigur ca in celelalte parti nu sunt aceste probleme si se rezolva f elegant solicitarile clentului .
