Great hostel. The bed sheets are strange as everyone is saying, but still comfortable. The location is amazing, the staff wonderful (the receptionist spoke like 5 languages in the few minutes I was there!). The breakfast was really really good and the price is unbeatable. The showers are nice but you have to keep pressing the button to have water come out (Wich is not entirely bad, eco-friendly wise). The rooms were clean and comfortable, I only wish there was an electrical outlet near the beds. Bring your own lock to use the lockers!

Very warm welcome in this ideally located hostel. Nice terrace, common room and kitchen. Hearty breakfast and very well managed in this time of Covid. Occupants of the rooms divided by 2 to respect the sanitary instructions. All the staff we met were very pleasant.

It is a hostel, you can not demand much, but it is not the best hostel you will find in a city as busy, famous and tourist as Carcassonne. The location of course is outstanding. This place is clean and the staff was helpful. No complaints about our stay. The character of the hostel however is somewhat institutional and bland, without the convivial atmosphere that makes some other hostels more charming and memorable.
Nice location if you want to visit the Old City. At night, all closeby businesses close early so you better buy a bottle of wine to enjoy in the hostel. Rather expensive hostel though. Especially considering you have shared bathrooms, toilets. And very, very basic "sheets" (see picture) so I recommend bringing your own. Friendly staff.

Youth hostel very good, with unbeatable location in the wonderful medieval city of Carcassonne. It is inside the wall, privileged enclave. I was on two occasions in 1992 and 2001 and both times I had a good memory. There is a bar where you can make friends with people from all over the world. Carcassonne must be seen at least once in a lifetime and this hostel is one of the few accommodations located inside the wall. The price is affordable, as in all youth hostels and surely it is the cheapest in the city compared to hotels.
Super warm welcome nice smiling Michel and his colleague are at the top at home. I had a good laugh and the group I took there. I recommend. In addition to well placed in the city. Strongly recommend for your stays in Carcassonne. Clean place and family room at very attractive price. Very kind and welcoming staff. Quiet place at night and the cake on the cherry in the heart of the medieval city. Free parking outside the city after deposit. We took a three day stay with activity it was perfect even with small children.

Rooms were very clean, service was fantastic, food was delicious and the location is great! Nothing wrong with the sheets but they take some time to get used to. Extra blankets are provided though. Bring a power bar as our room only had 2 plugs, it may be different for other rooms however

Presumably they're used because of the difficulty of getting laundry service trucks into the old city, but they're pretty uncomfortable to sleep on, especially for the second night.
