Very friendly, multi-lingual staff (we heard one guy speaking four languages fluently in rapid succession) who were super helpful as we struggled to negotiate our onward travel round train strikes.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, with individual reading lights, and decent breakfast provided. And of course the location is amazing.
Only downside is the weird disposable sheets. Presumably they're used because of the difficulty of getting laundry service trucks into the old city, but they're pretty uncomfortable to sleep on, especially for the second night.
