I have paid this agency 650 and they will not return any of my calls or emails, they told me they had an au pair for me and I have been trying to contact them for over a week. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY, They have robbed my money and will not correspond with me.
Uploaded an application, paid "activation fee", heard nothing, no answer to phone, mailbox full, more than a month later got two email acknowledgements of my payment but no other action. Emailed for a refund, no response. Credit card Company refunded me in the end. STAY WELL CLEAR - scammers.
