I m 100% sure the only 2 remaining reviews on here are from the internet PR company AU Management has to put on their yearly payroll to ERASE and clean up the unbelievable horror stories contained within the rental property tenant reviews. And I ll guess their cover up budget is fiscally supported by all the previous tenants non-refundable refundable deposits. I never would have chosen this role as it wasn t a choice- but I will most certainly prove to become the ERIN BROKOVICH of the property management world. I have never lived this kind of nightmare and seen such an elite level of lawless corruption that bizarrely seemed to go unscathed and untouched UNTIL NOW. I mean every adjective and verb of what I just said. My experience here will either be told thru the local news, via documentary, thru a novel, or better fitting thru a Hollywood screen play.
In short, there is less than 1% of the human population that would have a singular positive thing to say about AU Management. Dealing with them has become my full time job so I might actually need to file section 8. Additionally, I m Pretty sure I might have POST TRAMATIC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY STRESS DISORDER if I even survive my year s lease.

AU Associates leadership was AWFUL to deal with - literally in meetings in which they were yelling and screaming over the smallest details. Abusive and toxic. STAY AWAY.
