Very nice resort tucked away in the woods in Barlett NH. Our stay would have been better uf we had a first floor room instead of a town house type room. Check in was fine, they sent a maintenance man to help take our things upstairs. Comfortable accommodations, we had a sauna in the upstairs bedroom and 2 huge Jacuzzi tubs in the bathrooms. Bad part is since we are RCI members, we can't go back for 4 years.

We were extremely disappointed in this lodging experience. The bed was small and very uncomfortable. It is clearly an old lumpy mattress. The amenities in the room are very poor. The Wi-Fi is intermittent. It is overpriced. We stayed in a hotel in another town for $79 that was FAR superior. Our room was not ready on time and we had an engagement so had no time to search for alternatives. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The stay was very poor to say the least! You would expect during a national pandemic they would try to be much cleaner but in fact it was the complete opposite! Spider webs, hair all over the bathroom floor, makeup on the pillowcases. It was far from clean. And hotel cleaning employees were not wearing their required masks. The walls are paper thin, I could not sleep past 7am on a Sunday because the kids next door and even adults were being loud. With normal walls that wouldn t be a problem but they still have popcorn ceilings and tissue paper walls. The room had not one window, and felt like a dungeon. The bed was literally sinking in the middle and made the old mattress noise when laid on it. Owner should be putting more money in his business, instead of pocketing it. That s how businesses fail!

We have been coming here every other fall since I was a little kid. I came here with my parents and now we are introducing this tradition to my baby. This is my home away from home.
Attitash has everything you need if you love the outdoors. The units are nice and feel like home but they are not glamourous. This isn't the w hotel people so please manage your expectations--it is a cozy place for your family to relax in the woods. The pool and hot tubs are great. The gym is workable--but go hike a mountain as it is way more fun! The staff is always friendly and responsive to the best of their ability! I love it here.
We usually cook during our stay but there are great places to eat in north Conway and nearby. The Red Parka for beer and entertainment and Peach's for brunch. Go explore and enjoy! Google "all trails" for hiking recommendations.
Veteran timeshare tips: Pack some sharp knives, plastic wrap and/or Tupperware and a few dishwashing and washing machine tabs. Salt and other condiments are handy too. Timeshares usually provide these little things but not always and its nice to not have to buy it for a week stay. Think of it as going to the cottage! ;)

Very nice, large suites, clean and well maintained. Very family oriented. Decor a bit dated but still fine. Found our own hikes and activities. Staff not well versed with what is available in area, just pointed to brochures. Would have liked some adult group activity with tennis or pickleball but overall enjoyed our stay.

In exchange for a low rate at local area lodging, my wife and I agreed to Attitash Mountain Village's 90 minute vacation ownership "orientation" sales pitch. This was a huge mistake on our part, and left us feeling insulted during and after the presentation. 10 days afterward, I still feel the sting.
The pitch happens on the upper floor of Attitash Mountain Resort's Hospitality Building, in premises reminiscent of a car dealership, where salesmen pitch couples on deals while subtly staying in communication with their sales manager.
The pitch is based on families like ours (who want to save money on lodging)--a certain percentage of whom will buy into an Attitash vacation rental program. All this was understood. But my wife and I weren't prepared to be insulted during this process. We listened to everything our salesman pitched, answering all of his questions honestly, and keeping a pleasant expression on our faces. Whenever we were asked if we'd like to buy into the program, and we responded politely with "no thank you," we were hit with "then why are you even here?" response and other responses using strong guilt tactics.
During the pitch and for days afterward, I still feel shaken when my memory is jogged of the ordeal.
Lesson learned.
I strongly recommend budget conscious travelers look for deals on Groupon or elsewhere; anywhere that doesn't require an Attitash Mountain Village vacation ownership "orientation."

Someone else on these reviews mentioned paper thin ceilings and they are right. Neighbors upstairs banging and walking back and forth what they are doing is beyond me but not worth the high price to have such poor insulation
I wish there was an option for 0 stars! Went here ...
I wish there was an option for 0 stars! Went here for February school vacation- myself, husband and our 2 children. What a dump! We had adjoining rooms which they considered a 1 bedroom...not quite! One was so dirty it was disgusting! Counter tops weren't even wiped down, sticky and dirty, rugs had food smashed into them, and the bathroom was the worst! Toilet was never cleaned and the tub had black hairs everywhere (myself I am blonde, husband is bald and our children have light brown hair) and only noticed more when the first tub was taken because they were coming down the walls as the steam was rising.......so gross! I work in a resort and the bathroom is the room I always triple check for this exact reason! I understand mistakes are made and maybe to have found one hair, but no, this bathroom was never even cleaned, by the looks of the room, it was a quick half job of a clean up. Also the pool was down half the week we were there, we were told we could use Eastern Slope Inns pool which is by far a much better resort all together. Rooms are much nicer, pool is cleaner by far! When the pool was finally up and running it was o.k, but the changing rooms, well actually bathroom that you could get changed in, no changing stalls, floors disgusting, the men's bathroom was done the hall, my son and husband had to walk through disgusting muddy rugs to get back to the pool. Lastly we had called down to the restaurant attached to the resort Matty B's to ask if they delivered to the rooms, was rudely told no and hung up on! So we call the front desk to just express it doesn't look good on them to which they responded with well it's not our restaurant...I understand that, but it's attached to your resort, just a big OMG to this place...NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE! EASTERN SLOPE INN OR CROWN RIDGE IS 100% BETTER!!!

My family and I travel often and we have been enjoying some local travel in the White Mountains. We stayed here for a couple of days during the Thanksgiving break and although we were excited for our trip and our initial interaction, the trip took a huge turn.
We had a huge issue with out hot tub restarting throughout the night. No one was able to help much during the night (we had three kids with us ages 1, 7, 5), and then no one even came to check on us the following morning. We didn't sleep the night before and then we got the run around for a late check out. The following morning I was told the manager would not be in until 2pm, so I spent 15 minutes writing a comment card per their suggestion explaining my concerns and requesting to be contacted. Hoping this could be resolved and we could try this again with our family. A week later still no response. I sent a email to the corporate email I could find online and received a response a day later from Mark explaining the issue with the tub but NEVER addressing the lack of customer service. I sent a follow-up again to Mark and that was over two weeks ago and I have still received no response, once again defining the complete lack of customer service my family and I continue to experience. Since I am failing to get adequate responses, I am going to write reviews. The sad part is, this could have been handled and managed so differently and could have been a story of high customer satisfaction. Unfortunately this will not be a local getaway place for our family.

This resort is in the midst of a lot of the things to do in the area (Diana's Baths, Champney Falls, Storyland, Saco River, Mount Washington, for example).
If you are adventuring the area as much as we were, you probably couldn't care less about the facilities. However, it's a long time to stay on vacation for a week so I will talk about it a bit. I cannot be too harsh because all facilities are able to be used, the kitchen is well equipped, and the front desk was somewhat responsive to our requests. I think the resort is so busy running people in and out of the place that some smaller things go unnoticed, but it makes a difference to some visitors who feel like they pay a lot for vacation. We stayed there via RCI and we think we should get 'better' facilities, but apparently that has not been the case on a few occasions. (Anyways, that is an RCI beef). Water damage was visible, rotted siding was on the front side of the building, and hot water was intermittent three different nights of our seven-day vacation. In my humble opinion, visitors deserve better.
The location is awesome. If the resort did some fine tuning, I think it'd be a great place to stay. If I had to do it again, I'd find another spot and try my luck elsewhere.

Everything is going pretty well here. Spent 3 nights so far and the rooms are pretty good. Maybe clean as, if not, cleaner than other hotels I've stayed at. I don't get to stay at resorts much and this seems pretty good. The out door pool and hot tub are nice. Kids love it. The indoor pool was a little chilly for my taste but the hot tub section was good. The jets for the hot tub aren't working in doors, so hopefully that will be fixed soon. Rooms are clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The wifi in this particular room is a bit spotty though. Overall, we are enjoying our stay here and would definitely be back again.

The care for customer's is not the same as it used to be. We have been time share owner's for 5 years. Before this we alway's vacationed here since our kids were very little. We got a timeshare that came with PEP which mean's you can book up to 14 day's free during off season aside from your timeshare week or points. This was a saving grace for us. We always called in the fall and booked one or two trips in Oct,Nov or Dec sometimes both. We loved it here and it has been a family tradition. This past season when we tried to book in Sept we were told they were booked. We asked for any weekend in any of the following 3 months still told they were booked. We agreed to take a smaller unit our's is a one bedroom deluxe and still no accommodations. We offered to come up on a Thursday even though we would have to take our kids out of school and again nothing. Everyone use to be so accommodating and being a loyal customer meant something. Now you have to beg and they act like they are doing you a big favor. The front desk manager, her manager and even the timeshare people all have an attitude like they could care less. Yet we just saw a review from 3 weeks ago about a couple that got upgraded to a one bedroom delux, yet we have been trying for 2 months and they tell us they are booked and there isn't any type of room avaliable. Very frustrating and sad that a place we had loved so much we don't feel welcome at anymore. We were going to upgrade our timeshare with them. We are not now. Our kids our saddened that for the first time in 5 year's they will not let us book any type of Thurs,Fr or Sat reservation in a period of three months. I'm willing to bet there are empty units just sitting there. They have made us feel very unwelcome!

Attitash really has become our second home over the last decade. This was our first September trip in years. Our extended family each got units so we could have a socially-distant week-long visit as we walked in the woods and had a few picnics. The resort staff was helpful at every turn and have gone above and beyond during this pandemic to be there for the guests. It was another magical visit, and we can't wait to come back next summer. Hopefully we'll be approaching something closer to normal by that point! Stay safe everyone, and thanks again!

We just stayed here for 2 nights. Room size was perfect for what we needed it for. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Except the shower. Whoever had stayed prior shaved their legs in the shower and it was NEVER cleaned from the past visit. The other issue was the bugs. They have a huge drain fly problem. The flies were everywhere. In the toilet, the shower, the sinks, and they literally crawled all over you even while sleeping. Those were the only issues we had while staying. Although the place of the hotel is in perfect proximity to a lot of destinations I m not sure we would come back to this spot. Maybe if we had a different room. It wasn t worth trying to switch rooms with a 3 year old.

Great location, good amenities. The suite we got was supposed to be for up to 6 people but the layout would not allow for that. The fold out couch and the murphy bed could not be used at the same time. Also we were lead to believe there would be a fire place and there was not. We only needed two beds so we did not complain.

Attitash suites are so clean and comfortable. So many great things to do on property. Indoor outdoor pools and hot tuns. Hiking trails and right across the street in the summer alpine slides and in the winter top notch skiing. Never mind bing in the middle of the white mountains and close to everything the area has to offer!! Its a great retreat to center the soul and get connected with nature in a serene environment. Definatly a top rated spacious condo for the whole family to enjoy! Cannot wait to come back!

My family has been coming up here for 30 years. The last couple of years it say been awful they don't care about the owners. The room are dirty. Was up the week of July 12th there was left over food in my fridge, there was food in the bed so they didn't change the sheets. It was the same when we went up in March room was very dirty. We had to spend are first couple of hours cleaning the room. They are very cautious about Covid19 when you go to the lobby but that is it. We are thinking about giving up are weeks and finding a new place.

We made a last minute vacation change (due to Covid) an wound up here because we wanted to hike in the area. Honestly ... this was a mediocre facility. Place is in need of a major face lift. It looks old and tired. Weird setup ... there was an outdoor grill and a picnic table 10 feet from our porch. Zero privacy. Definitely a blue-collar vibe throughout.

Went to Matty B's for dinner. My wife and I had burgers which I'd describe as OK. Nothing special. Friends of ours had the saco pizza which was excellent. Definitely getting pizza next time we're here! As an added bonus we had great views of a firework display on the mountain that night.
