I received training from this company whilst working as a Marketing Manager and Copywriter a couple of years ago. The training was quite good, however, this time when I called as a Freelancer to pay for more training, I was pretty disgruntled by the poor customer service. I called once and was promised a call back within 2 days. Nothing happened after over a week, so I called back and was told that someone would definitely call me. I waited another week and nothing happened so called a third time. I gave my name and after being put on hold, the woman who answered told me that they were too busy to talk to me! She said if I didn't get a call back this time that I had to email them as I would get a better response. OK well, maybe that's one way to speak to a potential client. Not sure why I should have to chase them for a call back, so I gave up in the end. Very poor indeed. The thing is, I would have passed on business to them from clients etc, but this really turned things sour.

Rather a good company I think. I passed on the keywords / SEO / google ads work to them (not really my speciality) and so far, the relationship with my client has been okay. They know their stuff particularly with SEO and content, I'd be happy to recommend them though bear in mind they can be very busy at times.
