Last Saturday night, my furnace took its last breath. Sunday morning, I had a tech (Ivan) and a new furnace installed Monday morning, first thing. My install tech (Ernesto) did a fabulous job, wore his PPE and wiped down everything he touched with disinfectant.

Granted, business are slow at this time, but this is how Atomatic runs. They will bend over backwards to get the job done without raking you over the coals on pricing.

A/C season is upon us and they'll be back to due an inspection when the weather is a bit warmer. If the A/C needs replacement, they'll have the job, as well.

Ivan was helpful and friendly. He showed up on time despite traveling from afar. He showed utmost professionalism while he was here and answered all the questions I had. He left the unit in a better condition after the service.

We ve used Atomatic at two of our homes and have always felt taken care of. All of their associates are superb, especially Ivan! He s been our technician for a few calls and he s always a pleasure to have in our home. He s extremely professional and courteous and you can tell he values his work and appreciates the customer. My husband and I were in need of replacing our furnace and ac unit.
We met with our salesman Jordan, who could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He accessed our old unit and gave us his recommendations.
He was knowledgeable and gave us his opinions without any pressure.
We were impressed and moved forward with the install.
Jake and Dave were here on time, friendly, personable, and very professional.
They finished the install and explained all the features and made sure we did not have any further questions.
We are very happy with our unit and it was a pleasure to have Jordan, Jake and Dave in our home.

Polite and tidy technicians. Clean up after each service call. Answer questions honestly and respectfully. Explain what they are doing and follow up with an emailed receipt.

Ernesto is the technician that I've had 3x in a row. He is very professional and courteous. He addresses any concerns that I may have and explains everything he is doing on the system. Very pleased with him and ATOMATIC.

Service: HVAC maintenance

My furnace stopped working on a very cold day. I called Atomatic and they said they were booked for the day, but could squeeze me in. Ivan arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. In very little time, my furnace was up and running again. Ivan even took the time to show me how to program the thermostat to save on my gas bill. Between the lady on the phone squeezing me in and Ivan s quality work, I highly recommend Atomatic!

We remain faithful customers of Atomatic Mechanical Services because of the consummate professionals on their staff. For many years we have benefited from their expert service, advice and success in keeping us extremely satisfied through extremely bitter cold winters and hot, humid summers. They proactively maintain all equipment so we have never needed emergency calls. We were able to keep our furnace for about 25 years because of them, and now have new furnace/a/c systems that we chose through their sales office. We could not be happier!

Terrific professional service starting with the office when you call to schedule an appointment, to the service tech who comes to the house. These people know what they are doing and really work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied and receives first rate service.
