We converted to Atlas several years ago for our restaurant phone and internet services. They have been fantastic... very responsive quick service... reliable... helpful. In addition we have saved quite a bit of money. Recommend completely.

Previously, I've had nothing short of great experiences with Atlas customer service. As of late, it's been a complete 180. I submitted a ticket to move my service to a new address over 1 week ago and have not received even a call back. I understand there are delays due to COVID pre-cautions however, I am also full-time work from home and have not had internet for over a week... Disappointed
Amazing internet service with excellent people working there! Definitely the future as far as providers go. No need to schedule a tech to come by your place and miss work. They can turn your service on remotely and you just plug into the wall! No router required if you don't need either! The sales and support teams are also very friendly and easy to work with. By the way, if you ever get a chance to, stop by there office in Seattle. Its an awesome work space!
Unprofessional and unconcerned with their legal obligations. They left a VM on my office wide work telephone stating that they were calling to collect past due invoices. This is illegal not to mention hugely insensitive during a pandemic of all times. When I called to complain and pay my bill, there was no recognition that they were in violation of the law. Just kamikaze customer service.
I have had Atlas for a year and a half at the time of writing and I am not particularly happy with their service. In fact, I do not recommend using Atlas "Networks" at all due to the constant issues arising with my connection to the internet. Several times a day I have to restart my equipment, usually without any success. I have lost connections during several important meetings and it has cost me time and money directly. I cant just turn on a streaming service to watch tv because the internet connection is always failing. I have brand new equipment as recommended by Atlas without any improvement in the situation. Additionally, they are the only provider available in my building, yet they refused to help me switch the available port to a more convenient location (all they had to do is turn on the connection but refused). I am only giving two stars because the employees have generally been considerate of my issues, but have no provided any solutions to my problems. Overall, why have an internet service provider that doesnt provide internet service? You wouldn't, and that's why I wouldn't choose Atlas if I had the option, which I do not because Atlas does not allow it.

It's great. I regularly get my 1 Gbps. Support is active on the internal and external (twitter) channels. It also feels great supporting a local ISP. I hope they move on to more locations soon :)
The best internet provider we've ever had. I wish we could use Atlas in our new apartment. The internet was fast and customer service was amazing. Everyone I've spoken to was extremely nice, and they always resolved any issues fast. Highly highly recommend!
