I loved the stove for compliments

I loved the stove for compliments
But it was sad because my pressure cooker hits the middle plate bigger and broke in the middle I found it strange because it was cast iron it was not to break
I would like to know if you can send me a plate by post
My stove has three months of use
And the warranty is one year

Horrible ... they leave truckers mold in the parking lot ... eating dust and being attacked by mosquitoes ... yesterday 13.11 unloaded only 2 trucks ... shame ... neglect with human beings ... who travels with the family stays mercy of this type of company ... women's bathroom without water for more than 24 hours ... shame for a company of this size.

Thank you for the service provided by atlas home appliances, I bought my phage and loved it, but in one incident the oven's internal glass broke, I contacted the atlas they promptly replaced, sending another glass, leaving me immensely grateful for the attention , and agility and competence, if I had a thousand stars I would be so happy that I stayed and undoubtedly recommend the atlas for quality and respect for the customer, I am from Minas Gerais and even so far from the industry they did not measure efforts not to leave me without the glass from the oven, God bless you with much prosperity congratulations for the service, and total attention until the moment of delivery and did not charge anything so I am surprised with so much affection and respect, keep it up

My experience with Atlas so far is only in regards to the service and I honestly found it a bit bad. I could not use the built-in stove of them that we bought on the internet at the end of last year because we are in the works at home, so on the quality of the product only later we will be able to evaluate, but on the Post Sales so far what I can say:
I tried to open a phone call and I was nailed to the line waiting for a call for more than 8 minutes, after confirming some data by the URA and nothing ...
I opened a Chat through their website, after being attended I started a conversation and after passing all the information the messenger fell, after almost 20 minutes talking to the attendant, and I had no return.
Lastly I opened a call through the site's own channel and received an automatic message saying they will contact us until the next business day.
Let's wait and see if everything will work out, I can not wait to use our built-in stove.
We hope to be surprised and can change this evaluation.
Nowadays WhatsApp is so practical, in such a case we quickly solve our needs.
Sometimes so much technology gets in the way instead of helping, that's the suggestion.

EDITED (posted after this complaint was well attended by very many official Edenilson (21/03), I'll leave everything written here to see how the preoccupation with a minimal thing, if not resolved, could worsen. Congratulations !!

My complaint:
Why is it so hard to call Atlas? 2101-1011, 2010-1111 (which is the sector that I want), not transfer etc etc etc .. as I saw that you have a person taking care of it (and the website it took hours to load) not had the '' choice between in touch / suggestions / complaints '' I came here. I can even delete this after finding a solution to my problem. But please do not ask me to call. Review urgent central telephone and PLEASE calls transfers !!!!

I don't think this company's QA doesn't work very well. My stove arrived at my house no longer working a mouth. Hence one month of use, the oven does not work. What stove is this ??? Too bad I had liked him so much !!!! I am already in AUTHORIZED by the 2nd. once in a month! It is the 5 BC TOP MACHINE gas cooker.

I bought a stove 6 burners and the first week gave problem in automatic ignition. Now when completed one year of use the door of the oven fell, broke and caused burns on the arm of my wife. How did the extended warranty the insurer Product ordered maintenance and between the day of the call and the part coming close to 45 days, yesterday 11.27.2017 was made the repair and how to surprise Chagar home the stove is working however with the door of another color, became a carnival, it gets complicated.
After a further 90 days the same I maintenance claimed having the following day, the door was speaking it was replaced said stove door continues in a different color. Surely the company and the maintenance staff relegate the consumer to the background because all they want is sales, great can expect for sure in a few months I will have to change stove but surely ATLAS is it will not sell anything to my house and all I can convince his inability to correct their mistakes.
