My experience with Atlas so far is only in regards to the service and I honestly found it a bit bad. I could not use the built-in stove of them that we bought on the internet at the end of last year because we are in the works at home, so on the quality of the product only later we will be able to evaluate, but on the Post Sales so far what I can say:
I tried to open a phone call and I was nailed to the line waiting for a call for more than 8 minutes, after confirming some data by the URA and nothing ...
I opened a Chat through their website, after being attended I started a conversation and after passing all the information the messenger fell, after almost 20 minutes talking to the attendant, and I had no return.
Lastly I opened a call through the site's own channel and received an automatic message saying they will contact us until the next business day.
Let's wait and see if everything will work out, I can not wait to use our built-in stove.
We hope to be surprised and can change this evaluation.
Nowadays WhatsApp is so practical, in such a case we quickly solve our needs.
Sometimes so much technology gets in the way instead of helping, that's the suggestion.
