I ordered flowers for mother s day, living on the Gold Coast I put my trust in Atlantis flowers. They did not let me down.

My mum rang me so excited, and even took a photo and sent it up to show how happy she was with her flowers.

I have since rung this shop and thanked them and they have been nothing but polite and professional at all times.
I would highly recommend looking past some of these nasty people that have written on here and go in for yourself.

As a business owner I know that some of these reviews can be written by your opposition or disgruntled ex-employees.

I know of a company that deliberately adds bad reviews in order to sell their services to fix it. I am not sure if this is the case here but
going by the couple of times I have interacted with this shop I would say most of the bad reviews here are fake.

Don't take everything you read on the internet to be true. Go in and look for yourself.

Buying flowers is always on my to do list. There's a reason we give flowers to the house bound and sick; they really do lift people's spirits and bring joy to an environment. This location of Atlantis Flowers is handy when I'm in transit, but more importantly the flowers are always fresh.

Wow! What a wonderful florist! Linda was so helpful. Helped me make just the right choice & work out just what my girlfriend would like, & she did!!! Really happy, will definitely be back. Thanks Linda

Fabulous service going over and above in order to help.

I phoned in one morning to order a bunch of flowers I needed in less than an hour, I arrived 30 minutes later and the lady in the shop had made the most wonderful bouquet which was all ready for me to pick up. I'm writing this review as I was looking up her details to order some more flowers from her. The recipient of the flowers and I were both extremely happy.

I've received several bouquets from Atlantis Flowers this year and every time, I've been highly impressed! They are beautifully arranged, gorgeous & high quality flowers that last a long time, more so than bouquets I've received from other florists. The care instructions are easy to follow and the delivery service has always been prompt. I've been recommending this florist to friends, as I love their flowers so much.

I am not a flower person ( really not). So imagine my surprise when the flowers I got given ( orchids ) from this florist lasted a good 6 weeks and a further 2 before I had to part with them! They were the most fresh flowers I have ever received.

So when I needed to gift flowers yesterday, i went in. It's a tight space. But does that matter when buying flowers?. The lady ( didn't grab her name) was most helpful and sympathetic to the reason for buying the flowers. Engaged in good conversation. Helped me choose the colour etc.

Recommend you drop in and experience what I have had the pleasure of doing.

Real lack of care and customer service. I'm sure some of the 5 star reviews are fake as I've been in multiple times and and the complete disregard for the customer occurs each time. Also they seem to close earlier to advertised hours regularly

WHEN I CALLED TO PURCHASE FLOWERS ABOUT $60, THE STAFF SAID THEY WILL MAKE ONE LOOKS VERY NICE WITH A FEW ROSE WITH BOX DELIVERY. HOWEVER, THE FLOWERS WE RECEIVED CAN'T FIND ANY ROSE. i THOUGHT IT MAY HIDDEN INSIDE. UNFORTUNATELY. ZERO ROSE FOR VALENTINE DAY. WHEN i CALLED BACK TO MENTION THIS ISSUE. THEY SAID WE CAN BRING BACK TO CHANGE OVER. WHAT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO YOU ASK YOUR WIFE TO CHANGE THE FLOWERS BECAUSE IT IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE ON THE VALENTINE DAY?

The lady was dismissive and rude from the second we walked in. She seemed to get frustrated if i asked questions to try and figure out which flowers I wanted. She tried to be nice once the flowers were made and payment was due but that was too late. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and negative experience and I would not go back to her. She needs to work on her customer service skills if she wants her customers to have a good experience.

I absolutely am happy with the bouquet, my review is not about the flowers. My review is about the service I received. I can appreciate that there may be other reasons for peoples actions and that is totally fine. However, my issue is with the attitude I was given when I entered the store. My issue is with the short and abrupt responses I received to my questions, it felt as though my questions we an inconvenience or annoyance to you. Afterwards, the attitude I received from you was totally different and very pleasant. I can't understand why that changed or why I was treated like that when I entered the store and enquired about the bouquets.

The flowers were beautiful and very fresh. Turns out it was a convenient way to get flowers quickly as I was passing through the station.

I found a beautiful Orchid plant today - it fits my home perfectly. Thank you everyone I would recommend them to anyone

Wonderful helpful advice and service from Linda. The arrangement for my mum in hospital was stunning, particularly for the amount I paid. Delivered really promptly. Would definitely recommend Atlantis Flowers without hesitation.

Just bought flowers at the shop. It was beautiful! Simple, elegant and stunning! The florist has over 40 years of expirience under her belt. Definitely a recommend!

I organised flowers for delivery from Melbourne, and usually skeptical with the sizing vs cost, but can confirm that the arrangement was absolutely beautiful, the receiver loves them. Tip - add the fish bowl vase, it completes your order.

I trusted Atlantis to select and deliver flowers to my wife in hospital - and honestly, they delivered the most beautiful flowers I have ever sent and she has ever received.

WOW the flowers were delivered within 45 minutes the distance to drive here is about 45 minutes. They typed the message got it organised and delivered it within the time it will take me to get there that is absolutely impressive.. the arrangements were nice I totally recommend them.

Very unprofessional and would NOT recommend to go there. I've ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary to be delivered on Thursday but the flowers were delivered the day before when my girlfriend was not at work. When i rang Atlantis flowers, i spoke to a certain Linda who pretty much kept talking over me. Her explanation was that the people at work told her that "it's OK, just leave them here" as she will be in tomorrow and then advised me that she is not responsible because they have advised her to leave them there. When i asked where was my phone call as i really wanted her to get surprise by having the delivery person giving them to her in her hands, she simply repeated that the girls told her to leave them. Poor Customer service and without and apology. Will not be using there ever again... Don't usually post negative feed backs but I was rather disappointed with this one...

Linda and the Atlantis team are always very prompt and willing to help deliver flowers on time and within budget. On the occasion that a flower is missing they always go above and beyond to replace it with something equally as beautiful. Highly recommend.

Dont usually leave reviews but this florist has appalling customer service. From the other reviews i have read, the 5 star ratings seem extremely fake as this negative feedback is a common occurrence. Overpriced and poor service, I would not recommend Atlantis florists.

Well this is the first review I have ever done. I have been so lucky to have Linda make some pretty amazing arrangements for me. She has always taken so much care in creating some stunning arrangements. They have always been delivered on time and fresh. I would highly recommend this business. A very big thanks Linda!

I have been buying flowers from here for over 12 months now. Linda is always very accommodating and helpful with lots of wonderful ideas. The flowers are always fresh and delivered exactly when I need them. All my friends who have received flowers from Atlantis have been extremely happy. I don't normally write a review but I was pretty shocked and disgusted on the way a staff member handled her costumers.

I came into the store to order some flowers for the following day, I've already seen some of the reviews online but I gave this store the benefit of the doubt as I'm in need of bouquet of flowers. I came in the store instead of ordering online as I wanted to ask some questions first before processing any order.

It was my luck as it wasn't busy at all, there's only myself and the sells lady in the store. To my surprise I was greeted with "What do you want?", I didn't really think of it at much as she's probably just had a long day.

I then kindly ASKED if they had some sort of catalogue or booklet that I could look at, she then tells me "All we have, is what you see". I'm guessing you're probably the first flower shop that don't take any orders in store, pathetic. As what you're basically telling me is that, all you have to give me is the flowers in the store as you don't take any orders.

She then didn't bother with her service with me anymore as she went on to the counter again. What puts the icing on the cake is, another costumer coming in and asked if he could grab two of the bouquet of roses at the front of the store. Mind you that there's only three of us in the store at this point. He then tells the costumer to "Grab what you want". The other costumer was shocked as he picked up the flower himself and that the water dripped on his pants. I also didn't know you were that busy in store to walk a few meters to help a costumer.

I walked out after that. You're better off buying roses or flowers at Coles which is located in front of this store. Look at the review and trust these review as there are some pretty disappointed costumers like myself who can warn you first before stepping foot into stores like this.

Very good. Did a great job with flowers for my wife on her birthday today. Ordering over the phone was easy - left most of the decision making to the florist based on availability after telling her my wife's colour preferences. Local delivery was punctual and well executed. Wife was ecstatic with the result. Was pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the arrangement when I got home. And it's beautifully fragrant. Now my go- to trusted florist.

If I could I would give this business negative stars. Complete disregard for customer service and extremely rude.

Not only was I glared at and given short snappy condescending answers she also got frustrated when I asked to change for a different bouquet of flowers. Would never recommend this place and discourage anyone else from considering it.

I have ordered flowers from Linda twice now and both times she has been incredibly lovely to deal with, the flowers have been absolutely beautiful and a lovely delivery man to add to the deal. Will definately be back! Thank you Linda.

Today had the most beautiful flowers delivered to our dearest friend in hospital. Ordered on line last night Natural Native Box Arrangement that was just AMAZING!!! Thank you she had the biggest SMILE :)

I had an overall bad experience at Atlantis Flowers. The lady who served me was quite rude and abrupt (though she did thank me at the end). She was unhelpful in choosing flowers. Worst of all, the bouquet she produced was unsightly, with clashing colours, arrangement and flower choice.

Really impressed with quality of flowers and delivery time. Thanks so much.

Gorgeous flower shop with awesome variety and even better customer service. I got some beautiful lilies today and I couldn't be happier. Although it isnt my closest florist, I'll definitely be making the trip out to it every time.

Went there today and I loved the service. The lady was so warm and welcoming and knew so much about flowers. Me, for one am clueless about flowers but love them. She explained how to look after them, keep them for longer and answered all my questions. Walked out with a beautiful bouquet for my sister's birthday and she loves the bouquet!! Probably took a hundred pictures with it :) Just wanted to thank the lovely lady. Will be back :)

Not such a great experience. The lady was totally not interested (or didn't want to sell) the flowers. I have never had to ask a florist to put a plastic bag for flowers as she obviously couldn't be bothered to wrap the flowers properly. When I requested a plastic bag so the water wouldn't drip when I walked back she kind of muttered under her breath that its unlikely.. however, when I got home the plastic bag was wet with water from the flowers. Where is her experience??? Won't ever be going to this place for any flowers in the future. Tried to support local shops.. but discovered its not worth while with the terrible experience I had to go through.

Very rude sells lady. I wanted to have a look what they had for Valentine's Day and the lady told me to 'GET OUT', cause other customers were buying a lot $$$. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Delivery never arrived and when I called to chase the status 5 hours later I was told it was delivered (to which it wasnt), then when I asked for a refund, they hung up on without an answer.

Delivery was 3 streets away for Valentines day.

Would not recommend.
