Went for coffee and dessert, which were mediocre. Service was the same.
four stars 4 4 star hotel. about $30@nite on comp lux room. clean, nice, bit small, good amenities. friendly helpful staff. that said, buffet way over rate as is other places to eat, get a car, uber, lyft, taxi and get out to eat, beat olive garden down the street is better and cheaper. it is close to trader Joes and shops though. Casino fu ling yu and buffalo, not much else. the changed again from a couple months ago. no big winners
Room was really mediocre for the money. Food was "ok". Service was fine.
Awesome, they have a gameroom where you can drop they kids
This was the first time we have stayed at Atlantis. It was a very good stay! The room was spacious and very comfortable. We stayed on the third floor which is where the spa and pool is located. It is very quiet and calming. I think the hotel intentionally keeps this floor kid free to keep the noise level down. We ate at two of the restaurants. Both had great service. We had a problem booking the room which was no fault of the hotel as we booked through a third party. We will NOT be using that site again! But the hotel made every attempt to help with facilitating to get us accommodated until the situation was handled. It was a very enjoyable stay and I will definitely come back!
Wonderful casino. They really pay attention to the small things. The food is great, the employees are empowered. Will definitely go back.
We went to the sea food buffet, it was out of this world.
Good customer service, very clean and excellent with sanitation
Atlantis was fun. Slot machines es were pretty loose. Winning a little always makes gambling much more fun
We went there for the buffet mostly. However we noticed the floors were quite dirty and the feel of the place was geriatric, even though it was a weekend. The buffet is good, but not great. Overall it was fine, but there are better casinos in Reno.
1st tome staying at Atlantis Reno, stayed in jacuzzi suite, very very romantic
I don't gamble, but I do eat at the restaurants. The restaurants are great! If this was a review of the restaurants alone, it would be 5 stars. I know most casinos are dark inside, as is the Atlantis, but I am not a big fan of it. The themed decor needs to be updated and the casino floor is jammed with machines. Obviously the design had the intention to maximize the number of gaming machines on the floor by minimizing open space, but the best casinos in the area have more of an open floor plan feeling with a brighter atmosphere.
Helpful employees. Beautiful fancy place. Great bars and epic elevators :)
5 star service from the front desk and the marketing team. The folks at Atlantis respect and recognize that you will spend your hard earned money here. You may win or you may loose but whether you spend a lot or a little Atlantis is thankful and appreciates your business.
Best Sushi I have had. I have been to Sushi places all the way from New York, to Vegas, to Oakland and the Sushi bar at the Atlantis is by far the best and all most authentic I have had. The pieces are smaller as they should be and the chefs are truly skilled in what they do.
I had pretty decent luck with the slot machines. Hit or miss with getting a drink from the waitresses but when they did come around they were friendly and fast. If you tip a couple of bucks to the waitress (everybody should really) then the service from the wait staff gets much much better.
Dealers at the tables were very friendly and inviting. Drinks are also fast at the tables.
The rooms are nice. Better than most 4 star rooms in Vegas but still the primary focus here is a casino. The rooms have great views, all of the amenities you will need for a stay in Reno. One nice thing was the TV had an hdmi port so I was able to plug in my Ruku box.
We will definitely stay at the Atlantis everytime we visit Reno and we recommend it to everyone that visits Reno.
If you are in Reno, this is the place to eat! Amazing food, amazing views and service is beyond perfect!
Always amazing going to eat at the Atlantis to the cafe to the sit down dining
We usually go to the buffet, best selection of food.
Amazing spa. Had a swedish massage. Masseuse was very courteous and took her job seriously. Spa amenities are all wonderfully kept and clean. Most relaxing day I've ever had. Definitely book time at the spa. I'll be going back every time I'm in Reno
It was crowded, my handicapped license plates didn't help us find a near-by space.
We really enjoy this casino they have lots of perks when you use their cards. All the restaurant's have great food. Everyone we've has been so friendly and so helpful.
One of my favorite casinos. So easy to call in and book my reservation every time. Front desk crew is always great and friendly. Security is on top of taking care of any suspicious activity. Clarification...someone attempted to book using my info and they instantly corrected the problem knowing it was suspicious and likely not me and called me personally to inquire. I was quite impressed.
Atlantis is a unique gaming experience. It can get guide crowded at times but overall it is a great place to go and bring friends and familym
Everyone at our table was enjoying everything. I'll return with my relatives. Prices are decent. Feels similar to a restaurant in New York I loved.
March Madness Weekend '16 - busy busy busy! The Casino was jam-packed, and it was really difficult to get seats at any of the bars. That said, there is a decent selection of games, lots of video poker machines and a nice table games section with a great atmosphere.
The restaurant selection was good; Bistro Napa, The Steakhouse and the Purple Parrot were tasty and reasonably priced. The Buffet was recommended to us; the selection was enormous but I was disappointed in the quality of the food.
Our hotel room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the coffee/tea amenities were a nice touch. The shower had amazing pressure, but the style of the bathroom was a little dated. Time for a refresh I think!
Overall, a very nice experience but I'd probably try another resort hotel next time, just to compare.
The prices were great, the aaccommodations were amazing & the service was excellent.
Security is power hungry! I bought Chinese food at another place, went up stairs to eat as I usually do,thus Security lady, mean person told me to leave and she was going to 86 me from there, mind you my family spends a lot of money there and wouldn't let me go downstairs to buy their Cheesecake, so I advise u watch out for the Security team, she wears glasses and thinks she's a alpha male.
Took a mini-vacation with my 25 yo son and couldn't have had more fun. Staying at Atlantis for just $60, including getting two breakfast buffet tickets, $25 in playing cash were the perfect ingredients for having a blast! The staff at Atlantis were wonderful and patient while my son learned blackjack. Went to their Sky Terrace restaurant and ordered two combo seafood pan meals and they were 5+ star. The chef was very friendly and when asked how many of these does he prepare a night he simply smiled and said a lot. The wait staff were on task. At least every five minutes we were asked if we needed anything and topped off our waters. So if you have someone you want to have some quality time with, Atlantis is the place. Plan on going back in a month. Maybe with my honey next time.
At this point I only play games at the Atlantis while in Reno. The staff is excellent. The games are well run, and the dealers know what they are doing. I like the ambiance of the casino floor and it's a fun place to hang out for a couple hours. Definitely worth a visit.
Awesome Hotel five star rating easily for 60 bucks a night that was awesome room was clean climate control worked perfectly people were friendly and the buffet was oh my God
I only ate at the buffet, then had a free beer courtesy of a loaded Atlantis Casino club card my partner and I each had.
In in room Jacuzzi Suites are amazing! Staff is friendly and helpful!
Great bowl of jambalaya at the sky terrace restaurant for lunch.
This is an okay hotel. The elevator s are super slow. There is no microwave or refrigerator. The outdoor pool was closed
Highly recommended!! The buffet and the restaurants inside are delicious! The rooms clean and spacious !! We loved it! We do not even go to the city!
I'm having my wedding here and the staff have been so incredible. They've made the whole process so easy and the resort is beautiful.
Was way too expensive. The casino smelled like cigarettes and old lady perfume.
We enjoyed visiting Atlantis. It's not near downtown reno, but its very close to great shopping. Easy to find parking. Great staff. Good food.
Tried Buffet, lunch time, Primm rib was not very well seasoned, other than that all great.
very nice place but prices have gotten out of hand.
Fun times, nice and cozy casino in comparison to some larger ones. It's still big and fancy enough to have a ton of entertainment. This buffet and the Italian food restaurant are some of the best and classiest I've been to in Reno. A little pricier, but well worth it. Love the selection of games in the Arcade and the overall decor is great. Rooms are nice, well equipped and seem to be safe if you are prone to falling. There was a phone in the bathroom and a shower seat available already in the room. The furniture also seems pretty quality, heavy and tough. We got a gorgeous view of Reno, this place seems to have overall a good situation and the building is very sleek so few of the windows seem to open out to a bare wall or part if the building. I'm personally not a huge swimmer but the indoor pool was pretty slick. Hot tub and outdoor pool are getting remodeled sadly. This place felt a lot more relaxed and chill compared to other casinos, it was nice to feel a bit more grown up. Live jazz and blues music is fantastic and worth a visit all on its own! I would visit just for the food and music on its own
Nice, but dont have alot winners, tiny jackpots here and there even with a max bet
We just stopped by to gamble for awhile and ended up having dinner at one of the restaurants. Very good appetizers and pasta dishes. We finished it with the gelato. Yummy
Everyone was very friendly starting at the paradise desk , to the change person, the bartender's were amazing and waitresses very professional!
We have been going to the Atlantis for years now and always have a pleasant experience. Service and staff are always professional and courteous.
I loved this place very rich the buffet of Atlantis
My Uncle Lloyd Raymond Has Played at Multiple Casinos in Reno Sparks and Prefers and Recommends the Atlantis Casino Over All Casinos in Reno Sparks The Atlantis Casino is Byfar The Best. The Atlantis is Every Players Paradise!
Chile N with family & friends at the ATLANTIS.
In an Event were I haven't family & ferinds to Chile with, the Staff makes me fill I'm part of there BFF 5 .
It was fantastic.. A truly great experience and I cant wait ti go back. We drive all the way from Oregon and always enjoy it!! Thank you Atlantis. D. Wolfe 10/19 and 10/20
.
Our Thanksgiving holiday stay at the Atlantis wasn't five stars! Our room was a mile walk from the elevators. The beds were rock hard and didn't allow us to get adequate rest. And we paid for the updated room! If our room was an updated version can't imagine how the old ones are! The slots were alright just don't expect to win. We saw a sign that says 25% looser slots! Looser than what we wondered?
Over all the casino is beautiful but gambling was not today's main objective. Sushi was the mission. The service was great and the sushi was decent. Not the best I have ever had but worth going back a second time
Well I went to the casino but I went to a restaurant so I don't do very much gambling
Omg I was just there and that place was worth every penny it s very clean love the pineapple mint water right when u walk in definitely a memorial special touch and the cleaning maid Martha was Amazing she did above and beyond making our room look great each day I noticed!!!! You take your job to the next level for sure!! It was so clean and nice had a blast
We came to the Atlantis for the 4th annual chalk art festival. This was our 4th visit to the festival and it has been fun to watch it grow. Many more artists this year, with shade provided to protect them from the sun. This is a wonderful place for us to come and enjoy.
