Atlanta Remodeling Group Review

Very Reliable, 5 stars they did a great job on our 4 bedroom ranch.

I am out of state investor and I used Atlanta Remodeling Group to make rent ready two properties.
In the two occasions I wasn t in Atlanta during the rehab.
One of the properties was preparation for section 8. The work was done according to planned timelines, in good quality and no issues.
My overall experience was good, especially due to the fact that I wasn t in the city to supervised the work.

I really enjoyed working with Max and Jack at ARG. They did an excellent job leading a project to replace the carpet on the main floor of our house with hardwood floors. Excellent team, honest work, ahead of schedule and under budget.

My husband and I have nothing but regret for hiring Atlanta Remodeling Group. They worked on our house several months ago now, and we are still finding issues and shelling out money to fix their mistakes. I wasn't going to write this review, but honestly I don't want another person going through what we did. We paid a lot of money for a sloppy, unsupervised job and honestly it was a rookie mistake for us to hire them. I hope our lesson learned is money saved for someone else.

I'm a real estate investor and I regularly use ARG to get an estimate of rehab costs on all of my potential buys. They are very responsive and are able to quickly provide me with with photos and a line-by-line breakdown of repair costs. I highly recommend them to anyone involved in Atlanta residential real estate investment.
