I am out of state investor and I used Atlanta Remodeling Group to make rent ready two properties.
In the two occasions I wasn t in Atlanta during the rehab.
One of the properties was preparation for section 8. The work was done according to planned timelines, in good quality and no issues.
My overall experience was good, especially due to the fact that I wasn t in the city to supervised the work.
