Atlanta Airport Marriott Hotel Review

Wonderful staff with a nice and clean room.
Wish they had more lighting in the parking lots it was extremely dark at night.

Their parking service and shuttle for the airport is great

I was at the Marriott for a Birthday breakfast with family and friends. The experience was great. Awesome staff.

The service was prompt and the room was clean. Most of all, the shuttle bus driver was very entertaining and deserves a raise and a job on the radio.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the airport. And close to downtown Atlanta. I would highly recommend this place 2 all that are coming here to visit or for business. People are friendly and staff is passionate. Stay at the Marriott and you will not regret it.

Typical Marriott lobby close to the airport with transportation. Nice check in area and staff. Rooms were not typical Marriott, with sleek modern furniture, wall mounted TV, fridge, and mural and med sized bath room.

Did not like the hard wood floors throughout the entire room, or the fact that there was no place to hang a towel where it is reachable from inside the shower. The towels were stored across the bathroom and there is no hook or rack near the shower. Shower was very nice with somewhat light pressure, and had two types of shower heads, European style or a rain Style.

One side of the bed has ample outlets and the other had zero but both sides do have USB ports. Medium sized writing desk with a very comfortable chair and noises heard fairly well from in the hallway. There are no closet doors so you have complete view of your clothes hanging.

The bed was nice but food rediculosly expensive but everything else was perfect

They charge $21 to park in the hotel parking lot. Which was a nasty surprise.

Super nice front desk staff. Nice quiet rooms and room service was quick and accurate. Also a great value.

Delta booked us a room due to delays. The hotel had a shuttle from the airport and the room was clean, updated, and overall very comfortable. Their front desk staff was very hospitable and friendly.

Eat in the steakhouse. Reese is the waiter of choice!

Excellent hotel... But everything about it is expensive. Parking is $18 per day for guest. They should at least provide parking for guest at no cost. Nice but money driven place. Underpaid and over worked house keeper complainting in the hallways.

Fabulous service from the Van Driver to Front Desk Employees. Impressive hospitality!

We stayed here again but this time was excellent! Not that the times prior were not excellent but we had more time to enjoy the taste of hospitality here. First we highly recommend the Voya Bistro for a nice dinner. Roosevelt came by to check on us often. Quite nice. To the lovely waitress from lunch is awesome. Shonda did our dinner. Lexi did our dessert. I give all of these ladies 5 stars on hospitality alone. Plus the food was better than going out to a restaurant! The Chicken dinner is large and delicious. The bread pudding you want more. The smiles well they came with it. Thank you for starting off our vacation so beautifully!

Hotel nice. Parking rate while there for a conference for which the hotel is already
making money is ridiculously high especially sin e no in and out are allowed. Absolutely CRAZY @ $15 each entry for a 3-day conference.

Very close to the airport if you feel like you want to get away and then take the airplane you could check in

We love y all! The manager Nate (Nathaniel) helped us out so much by going up and beyond for us with our room!! Such a sweet gesture on our first night of our Honeymoon.

Second, Mrs. Monica at the hotel bar/restaurant? Y all go see her now! She is a doll and treated us so kindly and warm we really enjoyed sitting and talking with her!

Can t wait to be here again next week.

Amazing! Loved the Breakfast Buffet! Great Omelets!

We checked in quickly after a long drive. There was not enough hot water to even have a hot shower. They came to fix it promptly and explained the situation but the opportunity had past.

We didn t have a reservation and needed to stay one night in Atlanta between flights. So glad we chose this hotel. The staff was so nice! We had a wonderful meal in the lobby bar and shout out to Monica behind the bar who provided the best service I ve ever experienced. She made our night with her kind and exceptional service after a long day of flying!!

I love the service and amenities but I wish there was a hot tub

The hotel is slightly dated bit stills feels really nice. There is a Starbucks, pool, and fitness center.

Eyestrain a banquet of about 150 guests. The food was warm and good. The servers did an excellent job of meeting our table's needs.

Location is somewhat out of the way from the airport. Utilized monthly parking.

Great event room. Food was great and flavorful. Valet parking service needs more help. 3 wonderful guys can't do that job effectively.

Need to get the valet parking to be more on point, the Mariott Gateway a few miles away could this location on Best Rd get it together.

The food has good reviews among my peers and me. The hotel is clean and I usually visit for dinner.

They made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. The room which was first allocated to us was somewhat lacking in cleanliness. We contacted the front desk and they immediately remedied the situation by relocating us to a different room. The staff is very friendly. We were consistently greeted by everyone from the doormen to the front desk to the restaurant staff. The best part of staying at most Marriott is the outstanding Sunday brunch. For less than $20.00 you get to enjoy a sumptuous breakfast buffet to satisfy any taste bud. If a buffet is not to your liking, you can always select from their specialty menu. I highly recommend the crab cake breakfast. Yum!!! Enjoy!!!

Great hotel, huge, airport shuttle was very convenient and the service was excellent!

Nice place. Valet parking. Room service. My favorite part is the mirror in the bathroom has a square light around it that makes your eyes look cool.

No room service unless you walk to the lobby with your credit card, what s the point of room service?
You order Uber Eats, guess what, they can t deliver it to your room, per the concierge, you must meet them outside. This hotel is NOT traveler friendly, please stay elsewhere!!!

Nice clean rooms, professional staff, incredible breakfast. The rooms however are on the smaller side, and lackes adequate storage.

Showed up late and without a reservation but everything went smoothly at the front desk. The bar serves food until late and it's actually pretty good too.

Rooms are pretty small but the common areas are really spacious. The general atmosphere is great. Service is very good too!

Conveniently located to the airport just 8 mins away. Rooms are small and no sofa or couch just 2 desk chairs. Room is $219 a night. Parking for the whole night is $40 - absolutely crazy right!

Very modern and posh hotel! It's connected to the convention center in Atlanta which is super convenient! Loved the restaurant and sports bar!

One of the best stays in a hotel I've ever had. The staff here are incredible. Friendly and helpful no matter the time of day. I would recommend this Marriott to anyone!
