I am writing this review to Aten Technologies Inc, because it appears that is the same address of the company Iogear which sold me a computer keyboard. After 1 year of use, the keyboard stopped working. The keyboard was under 3-year warranty and this was confirmed initially from Iogear technical assistance. Then they told me that the keyboard was part of a batch which had only 90-day warranty period and therefore they did not want to replace/repair it. At the time of purchase, I was not notified of such constraint as I bought the keyboard being sure I had 3-year warranty. What Iogear offered was even funnier. They told me they were going to give me $2 discount on the next keyboard (on sale for around $18) and they charge you $10 for the shipment. So the final cost of the keyboard become higher than brand name keyboard-mouse sets available in the market. Really disappointed from this company, I don't think I'll buy from them again.
