Good option when need to travel outside the city during the day and enjoy some time close to the center during late afternoon/evening.
Not easy to reach the place by foot, so that is ideal when having a car.
Big apartments with nice balcony, despite the views are not that good
It's a cosy place with responsive staff but the gym is scantily equipped for the number of rooms. Great for short stays and close to city centre

Very good place to stay for a short break in Milan. You don't need a car as you can take a tram but be aware that it is not near to city centre. Very good breakfast, king size bed, spacious room, fee parking.
Stayed here for 2 and a half week. Pretty nice rooms, nothing to brag about but still a nice place to be. The kitchen was very under equipped. No frying pan, only 2 boiling pots. You do have a microwave though so that was a big plus. Nothing to do the dishes with, you'll have to buy or bring your own.
The location is very meh, some abandoned buildings nearby which makes it feel more shady than it is. Most of the staff is very friendly. We did have a few encounters with a lady in the reception that wasn't quite as pleasant, but other than that it was a nice experience. Easy and fast to get into the center of Milano from the hotel.

hot water almost not seen and stinks chlorium... Internet is awful! Specialy at evenings.. TVs are old... Rooms cleaned but in wardobes like 2cm of dust.. In best scenario i could say this is 2stars motel not 4 stars hotel...
Stayed for 5months. Nice hotel. Nice staff. Spacious rooms with kitchenette well equipped. Sumptuous breakfast. Enjoyed my stay and will always return if i have the choice.
