I was truly pleased with the personnel and service from this store. The tech was very professional, with a great customer service attitude. I goggled the AT&T stores near me and all the reviews were good on this store and the personnel.
I went in to open a business account and I was approved but then the manager (I'm guessing she was a manager) told her employee to say that I was required to put 50% down on each device. I immediately knew that was a made up lie. I called business customer care to confirm and they told me that I was approved with 0 down. I told the manager something different then what was said on the phone and walked out knowing the truth. They did not want me to buy so many iPhones and they stopped me from doing so. They came up with a lie. Anyway, the people are unprofessional and the manager is very loud spoken. I walked in and no one acknowledged me. After maybe 5 minutes I had to find someone to help me. The manager was very helpful at first. After running my application and finding out what devices I desired, she then ran out to make a call. Once the representative brought the devices out for me she waved her hand for him to take them back. Anyway,she came up with some dishonest information and told her associate to tell me basically they did not want me to buy all those devices. I could tell that he was lying. He made no eye contact and several times he cut his eyes at the manager and besides they already told me I was approved. I know that I have well established excellent business credit. They did not ask me for my business papers that could have easily verified my business. I've been getting the run around. After experiencing that with them and another one of their location could not get me verified,I decided to go with Verizon! I was approved within minutes with 0 down as well! They are the number one leading network and they are way better and more professional. My employees will be happy when they finally receive their new iPhones! At&t is a big headache and very complicated! I hate to have to write such a long messy review regarding a company but this is ridiculous.
I have been with ATT fr 1977. They have over charged me for the last time. Messed my bill up for the last 6 months. Everyone needs to check there bills and see they are over charging each and every one of you. They told me they are never wrong. I will prove I am right and they are wrong. Bye ATT
New little thin guy was very rude ad not willing to help me with my concerns about my direct t v which I later learned they couldn't in the store but he sent me away very rudely so I'm disconnecting my service even though he couldn't help me he used poor customer service skills. I come there often for my cell phone and had never seen him before until that day so I know he was a new representative.
Bad customer service some need better training and that includes the management too especially when you have to wait to get in the store and have a complicated situation

I was not pleased with the manager that was one duty when me and my husband came on Tuesday evening around 5 or 6 her name is Tracy . I didn't like the fact that she was flirting with my husband right in front of my face. I was very disappointed with her and she wasn't even the one that was waiting on us I was pleased with the rep. That was helping us she was very nice I just didn't like the fact that Tracy kept coming to our table talking to my husband like I wasn't even sitting there. I'm a valuable customer with you all and I was suppose to purchase another phone on Friday but now I'm not because of your manager. I'm taking my business else where because of that. I never had a problem before with none of the others until I met her that was my first time seeing her.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Kristi Williams at AT&T, Jackson, MS, was our service representative and we were so impressed with her knowledge and kindness. She certainly deserves recognition from the AT&T COMMUNITY.
Very professional installers I was totally blown away with their installation and they also have great customer service employees. At&t always make me happy and appreciative because great customer service and knowledgeable workers from any company I'm dealing with is still very Important to meeting my needs and expectations as a customer.

This store is the slowest AT&T in the world? Manager lost don t want to help. Only person to greet you is security and he look nervous. Payment machine never works. Whole place a mess.
Drove 40 miles, waited 30 min to see a customer service agent, just to get new phone just to leave store after all that with a sim card that don't work smh. Bad service.
I had to wait for almost two hours just to buy a phone. The manager did more talking than helping with the customers. She also took another customer that came in after everyone else that was waiting. They take TOO long to help the customer at this location. I would advise anyone if they can go another ATT location, RUN to it because this one SUCKS!!!!!

The worse customer service I ever received in an AT&T s store. Danette put me on the customer service public phone to get a technician to help instead of taking time to assist me. Every question I asked for activating a new line, removing a phone line, or general assistance she barked this store don t do that.

I am 53 years old and I have been a loyal customer for more than 30 years, I grew up with AT&T my aunt Brenda Carson worked for and with until she Retired a few years ago.
Don't get me wrong, I love AT&T,but some of the people who work for you now are Crude,Rude and should never be allowed to interact with the public.lm2

I had two AT&T sales people knocking on my door today at 3PM. I have a no soliciting, no trespassing sign in the yard which I pointed out to Mr. Eric Gonzales and his partner. I value my privacy and do not appreciate unwelcome visitors. Gonzales kept on and on with his internet sales pitch even after I said "no thank you" twice. I said I am happy with my internet service. Besides, I haven't had great success with AT&T.

This store and its associates were awesome! I was waited on super fast by an associate named Brian. He was super friendly and very helpful. He helped me find the perfect phone for me at the best price. He walked me through the set up process step by step and answered every question with patience. He was super funny too. I look forward to doing business with this store in the near future.
Friendly staff. Long wait periods. They could use more help. I never saw more than 4 people helping customers the few times I've been there. But service is great once u get a spot.
