Associate's were more interested in out with the people, instead of helping Customers.
They were rude and Totally unprofessional.
I took a phone by to get my service swapped over and Mr Jshaun was more than happy to point out how dumb I was.
For paying _$119.00 for a phone that he had a promotion going where I could have received the same phone for free.
Laughing and telling everyone in the store about it.

I am 53 years old and I have been a loyal customer for more than 30 years, I grew up with AT&T my aunt Brenda Carson worked for and with until she Retired a few years ago.

Don't get me wrong, I love AT&T,but some of the people who work for you now are Crude,Rude and should never be allowed to interact with the public.lm2
