Nice. Well placed, comfortable chairs. Being short was a bit leery when seats were Orchestra, Row K &mid row. AT&T is not a traditional Concert Hall, materials are not traditional & are not friendly to Vocalists or the Band(no Orchestra). Voices did not carry, talking or singing & I no beautiful reverbritarion from music.
I will give it another try or two.

Opened in 2009. Very nice facility in front of and backstage. We attended several performances and always enjoyed the facility and show. In Dec 2017 we took advantage of a backstage tour (free) and got a better appreciation for what it takes to put on an opera or Broadway show. The Center is available for rent and host many non-entertainment functions.

Seating is actually really good with staggered stadium style seating where your view of the stage is not blocked by the person in from of you since they are offset from your direct view.

Great place and parking staff was great very friendly and courteous from A-Z one thing I think it s lacking dusting i understand that high dusting is difficult but on red glossy areas dust shows a bit more. Overall it was a great experience. Would definitely recommended.

Shows have been great until this current season. Ticket service has gone downhill thanks to format changes. 2018 season tickets have NOT been mailed out as of late August. May reconsider renewing for a 5th season.

We always have a blast when we go. The staff has been awesome every time. I have been for a wide variety of shows. Every single one has been great. Sound is good, and there's not a bad seat in the house so far.

Thanks for working with me on my season tickets and the medical emergency that didn't allow me to exchange outside of the 24 hour window. You've redeemed yourself and gone the extra mile to satisfy a loyal season ticket holder.

Went to see The Book of Mormon. Seats were Orchestra, but way in the front to the right with a partial obstructed view. No mention of obstructed views when purchasing the tickets.

One person in front of us has a full obstructed views, yet paid full price.

Overall though a great venue and will return again, but will sit more in the middle.

View was great, show wonderful, people were very courteous, bathrooms lines were not bad. Loved it. Waited along time to go there. So exciting. Great parking was a little nervous in parking garage, but had plenty of room for my big truck.

Without a doubt Dallas best building. And experiencing an opera here is a must-do for those even remotely interested. The plaza outside is an incredibly great place to hangout and chill. They really thought hard about what a North Texas space needs: shade. And the plaza delivers. Just wish it was used more often. :/

This is a good venue for live theater. During the last few years we have experienced musicals, plays, ballet, opera, and even the Blue Man Group here. I love watching the chandelier and taking in the city from the outside balconies. Overall, I can always count on a fun evening here.

I really only have two real issues with the space. One, the stairs are rather scary when everyone is flooding out to leave. You can feel them and the landings bouncing just slightly. Second, the view from the top balcony can be a bit frustrating sometimes. Many of us can't afford the expensive seats so we are relegated to the cheap seats in the nose bleeds. In this particular venue this can be an issue if there is a lot of action that takes place at the back of the stage or, as I have seen a couple of shows, the staging at one point requires the actors to move to a raised platform. There was one show where I watched 10 minutes of feet and I was on the second row of the top balcony. I could hear them fine but visually it was a let down. I sat in the Twilight Circle once and, while the seats are usually super cheap, they are so high up that it's just terrifying.

If heights aren't an issue and you're okay with watching feet then go for the cheap seats. Otherwise you'll just have to find a way to swing the cost of a lower level. Trust me, even going down one level is a great improvement.

I've been here many times and it is easily my favorite venue for performances big or small. The staff does a great job of running things. The theatre is always beautiful. The last time I went was around the holidays and they had changed their overhead light decor to red and green, a nice additional touch.
