Inconspicuous from the outside, but from the 5th floor you can enjoy the beautiful view over Istanbul. The food is delicious, the staff very humorous and courteous.

Very good restaurant in a nice place with good views. We were four people who ate three courses with drinks for 1650 TL. Affordable, took time between dishes but totally okay.

We are a couple travelling to Istanbul and we were looking for a nice restaurant for a memorable moment for my birthday. A Turkish friend recommend us to go to 5 Kat wish is a roof top restaurant with terrace. We had a really warm welcome and The spot is really amazing with a great view on the city and the bosphorus and nice decoration. I recommend to go before the sunset to get the change of colors and the view on the bridges with the lights.
Unfortunately the service has not been as good as the spot, the guy did not speak English very well, they tried to make us buy things that we did not order, we have been waiting one hour for our appetizer and then we had appetizer with the main meal and some was not warm. They also took our bottle of wine off by mistake. The crisps with the hummus were not crispy at all... Well I really think it is not the same all the time as the waiters are really nice but with a little better collaboration between Kitchen and service it could be an amazing place.

Yes it s a rooftop so gets 3 stars already. The staff were nice & did cater for our last minute arrival for new year. I didn t mind sitting at the bar, but 38 for a Sauvignon Blanc and then 40 for a Prosecco to toast, was higher than expected. This wasn t a special price, came directly from the wine menu. There was no countdown for midnight and by 1am all guests then had to leave so the night was a bit short lived. There was then nothing open on that side of town which just disappointed our new year even more for a young couple hoping to see the nightlife of Istanbul

I came here once before. Average overpriced food but a good view and well presented so I thought I'd return here with my wife. I called to ask for an 8.45 reservation, he said 'no, reservations end at 8.30'. 'But it's Ramadan and Iftar isn't until 8.45? I'm fasting can't I just come on time instead of waiting' I said...'No' he replies again.
Disgusting. I have never seen such blatent prejudice from a restaurant in any of the 40+ countries I have visited. I hope they go bankrupt so a decent restaurant can take their place.

It may be good to make a reservation and we found the place to be without a plan, but of course not the glass edge. A perfect view. I was very pleased with the meal and the service. The waiter Can Bey was very interested.

Very attentive staff, very good kitchen and great views

It's my 5th time here in 5 years, and still amazed by the great service, unique cuisine, make sure to taste the sea bass with coconut milk, nice view by the bospohorus especially when they are serving at the roof restaurant.

Highly overrated and very disappointing.
The view is nice but there are many places with a new view AND some good food.
Here they totally don t bother about the latter...
We ordered two platters of hot and cold mezzes and they are terrible, many being ready made frozen food (especially the hot ones, that were really a shame).
The goat cheese and avocado salad is also terrible, two huge pieces of cheese, very small parts of avocado in between, some canned pesto sauce, 0 taste and 0 finesse.
White wine by the glass was also barely OK.
Will never go back there again.

If you are looking for a nice place to have cocktails or have a romantic dinner, this could be the right spot. If you are looking for being impressed by local flavours, you should consider going somewhere else. We had a nice dinner, food OK, wine OK too even if slightly overpriced but nothing really impressive.

The scenery is beautiful apart, the ambient music is gorgeous, the drinks are beautiful apart, the blowing trash in a warm atmosphere. One word: quality

Good location, the waiters are helpful but the place is very quiet, a little rukus kacmis. Prices are affordable. Meals are fine. The chops were piss as I wanted, but they had to enrich the menu a little more.

Amazing rooftop bar - wonderful views, lovely unpretentious atmosphere and really nice staff. Menu looked pretty good, though we just stuck to the sunset cocktails.

Great food, great service, great view to an amazing city

This is a quite well-known restaurant in the middle of Cihangir district. You may not realize how popular it is when you pass through the street it is located. However, when you take the elevator to the fifth floor, you realize you enter into a hidden gem. The food is delicious, the food variety is relatively limited than I expected but still, you will find enough to ear. Well, the view is excellent.

The view is amazing, just like you would expect at a terrace so not at all disappointing. The place is very fancy, staff is well trained and service is great. Its also very local but the staff speaks English as well. The menu is good and its relatively cheaper than other terraces in Istanbul. The place is perfect for a date or if you have guests coming to Istanbul and you want to take them to a secluded place. I would recommend making a reservation.

A beautiful place and really stylish inside, but I would never go without reservation, at the same time if you are not a foreigner, I would not go too much because you never see the attitude of the waiters never see how nice a dish to see the attitude of the food is definitely preventing you from eating out never mind again never mind again I dont go.

You can easily wait for your money. The view is ofcourse perfect. Dont forget have a reservation

Scenery, service, bar, menu is fine. Our service officer Islam also offered various treats, but the main wine service was a perfect specialty show. The account is also considered reasonable according to the presented. It's better to go here than to go on other adventures.

I had my first experience with Turkey signature spirit: Rak here. The bartender, Memet, takes cares of everybody around the bar and makes great cocktails. Needless to say the rooftop sights is one of its kind in Istanbul.

The scenery is gorgeous, the service friendly, the food delicious. The prices are appropriate for this quality.

Place uncovered by chance, but I can say that of all the restaurants that I had the opportunity to have lunch / dinner on my trip to Istanbul this was the best from all points of view.
Breathtaking view and therefore this gives something more to the restaurant which is already beautiful than his, all the waiters and the dishes are very good.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to taste good food and enjoy the view offered by the restaurant.

We did not like the fact that a waitress was standing in our heads, we also paid a waiter fee of 17 lira in the account of 193 liras. It is quite expensive but the view is very beautiful.

A place where we make a reservation, the view and the atmosphere is very nice. We ate the beef in mushroom sauce with red wine. The tenderloin was distributed in the mouth, the mushroom sauces could be improved but in general we liked it. The service and staff were very attentive and smiling. The scenery really falls in love with Istanbul. It was a nice experience. I'd like to go and taste another meal.

I love this place, people who like to drink would find a great variety of good fine alcoholic drinks.
for food, Bucco Osso is the best. you'll also find awesome delicious meals and dessert.
for the views, it's a great choice to enjoy the Golden Horn and Marmara sea. I recommend you to go there at the sunset time which is amazing. :D

The most beautiful view of Istanbul is the 5th terrace. Here Sunday morning breakfast is not satisfied. Friendly and courteous staff and absolutely must go for delicious menus. For driving directions; When I enter the street opposite my Ilkardim hospital, you know who you are.

It was a great breakfast. Everything you could want from a breakfast was on the table.

The view of the Bosphorus is great.Service is nice.Goods are great and of course the prices are proportional to these.Maybe even if you go once.

The service don't pay many attention to the costumers. The shrimps as appetizers weren't good. I ordered my steak medium, but it was more then done. Also they messed up my sauce for the cheesecake. The cocktails are fine. You pay for the view in this restaurant not the service or the food.
