Bad experience. We chose a laptop and paid for a premium model. After Windows was set up we checked for the SSD and there was none. The staff just casually said "oh, you want that?". They installed it but they didn't see any problem having us walk out of the store after paying for a piece of hardware we didn't have. I guess we should have know better but after getting the system home we realized is was the completely wrong system. We went back into Taipei to change it. No apology for the inconvenience, just an "oh, okay". I like ASUS products, but I will never buy from this store again.
