Worst: FO staff are horribly unprofesional, doubtful and need to learn product knowledge so they know what they are saying

Awesomeness: FO Manager looking kinda guy helped us got checked in faster after waiting dor 3 hour.
Ps: we travelled with eldery and kid (they must know what to do as 4 star hotel)

Good news: aircon was cold, water was very strong, love it and room was so spacious

Had a workshop at Glasshouse Suasana 24th August.Tempatnya cantik banget tapi pencahayaannya agak kurang (atau memng di-set begitu?). Good coffe break and lunch. Door attendant helpful and friendly.

Loved it! the cheaper alternative to staying in the heart of Jakarta. Right in front of the four seasons hotel. The Pastis restaurant was great too - lots of Italian food and they even had live music there when I stayed. Will definitely come again.

the staff is very friendly. i really like their brew tea. been held some even in their garden-like studios and never regret it. maybe the toilet on the lobby should be clean more, because the last time i was there, kinda smelly~
