Worst: FO staff are horribly unprofesional, doubtful and need to learn product knowledge so they know what they are saying

Awesomeness: FO Manager looking kinda guy helped us got checked in faster after waiting dor 3 hour.
Ps: we travelled with eldery and kid (they must know what to do as 4 star hotel)

Good news: aircon was cold, water was very strong, love it and room was so spacious
