What can I say, from receiving my first phone, to receiving my first FIFO job, I had nothing short of a fantastic service from not only my employment manager Reuben, but everyone I dealt with at Aston Advantage.

I was and am still treated like an actual person. Alot of the time, people just go about their day, they want commission, they need to recruit good employees, and that may be the case here, but at no point did I feel pressured, or made to feel like I didn't have any help or support.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a job in the mining/fifo industry to go through Aston. They are efficient, they communicate with you everyday, the provide training and support, aswell as all the paperwork.

Look no further honestly. You won't regret it.

Best recruitment company I've dealt with. Karen Lark was amazing, she found me a job within a week after registering me. I had an interview with client in the morning and by afternoon Karen called me and gave the good news, I would definitely recommend Aston...great company :)
