NUS Office of Admissions staff is rude, sarcastic and unfriendly over the phone

Went to NUH Kent Ridge Wing Digestic Centre. As per usual, good exprience. Also patronised
the pharmacies at the Kent Ridge wing as well as that of the Medical Centre. Efficient.

Availability of parking lots are greater in number as compared to years ago.

Peaceful, scenic and great place to let your hair down.

Humbling place to be with many medical students picking up their life long mdecial knowledge

The school turns out great researchers and book smarts employees.

However, in general, it does not churn out well-rounded individuals.

For some reason, alumnis of NUS do not perform well in large social environment where people to people social skills are required.

Loved my experience here. Definitely one of the best universities globally.

Will be there for a 3 day course, which is not bad. Very interesting course wirh a lot of deliverables. And considering that tea-breaks and lunch is catered is just awesome.

Showering in this university might get you an entry in the film industry. Faculty could not hand out stiff punishment for perpetrators because producer have powerful parents.

The National University of Singapore (NUS) is a national research university in Singapore. Founded in 1905 as the Straits Settlements and Federated Malay States Government Medical School, NUS is the oldest higher education institution in Singapore. It is consistently ranked within the top 20 universities in the world and is considered to be the best university in the Asia-Pacific. NUS is a comprehensive research university, offering a wide range of disciplines, including the sciences, medicine and dentistry, design and environment, law, arts and social sciences, engineering, business, computing and music at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

An alumni here, during my time there are a lot of professors from overseas who don't know how to speak English properly and don't know how to teach. I always try to skip these lectures and study by myself. I don't have to waste four hours of my life for such lectures as I live far from it. The good thing is that nus degrees have higher prestige as compared to nanyang. This means a higher starting pay. With Singaporeans getting wealthier, being educated overseas would definitely increase one's starting salary.

Very very nice campus. Not exactly easy to get around as it is HUGE but nevertheless a great experience. There are many food options from food courts to restaurants, even an NTUC outlet.

Looking at a green field, in the hot weather, it has the effect of reducing heat.

NUS provides you with great infrastructures and facilities. There are college bus which you could take to travel between faculties. Went to U-Town to eat at the foodcourt. The variety of the foods there are quite broad. You could find Korean, Indian, Japanese, Chinese and other foods. The price is cheap for students and non-students. There is also a small swimming pool in the U-Town

In the USP (I'm not really sure whether it's called USP because I found it in between halls near the U-Town) cafeteria/foodcourt area, there is also a halal food section. This canteen is only for NUS students since you need your student card to get the foods there.

Kudos to all the staff in ward 2A. They were seen to work as an excellent team in taking care of me during my short stay for my knee surgery. Thanks alot. My special thanks to Professor Satku who did an excellent ops on my knee and for professional concern taking care of my knee problems. Thanks Professor.

A massive campus with a great reputation to hold. It's got a brilliant faculty and a lot of friendly people. I wish I could study here

If i had the time to walk and explore NUS in a day,i would still get lost afterwards HAHAH.ITS HUGE.Never felt so small.

Big University with heavy focus on research. Rankings isn't a reflection of the education the students receive though.

The place was huge. Seeing many people who comes from many countries all around the world to attend this university seems very touching. The place was super comforrable, clean, and the air was super fresh. The arrangement of every buildings seems great.

Was at the Neurological Diagnostic Lab for a sleep study, generally, the procedures to control the crowd are quite well planned and executed, however, crowds are coming back in full force soon... Jiayou!

Once come and visit, the park is large, the space is open and beautiful

NUS has an excellent reputation for both teaching and research and is consistently rated among the best universities in the world. This sprawling campus has modern facilities, easy transport access and a nice open campus feel.
Plenty of eating and study area options (even if you aren't an NUS student). Plenty of opportunities to join special interest groups (such as conservation), sports clubs and other hobbies.

That's really awesome in small Singapore. Fresh air, clean. I'll do it for my country. In another word, the gardens are really beautiful :)
