We hired these gentlemen to make the condominium m...

We hired these gentlemen to make the condominium management of our building, situated across the street in front of the building of the ALP. We thought it would be handy to be close and efficient to be an institution with alleged responsibilities in this area. We deceive us miserably. The ALP condominium management service is certainly the worst Lisbon !!!! In addition to the charges will never be right, the receipts are not sent, the Assemblies are not marked in accordance with the rules, emails are not answered, the person who manages our condo is an incompetent. The only works that made us have not been completed and the debris is in the lobby of the building as seen in these photos. Unbelievable. It is advised to NOT hire.

Very bad service they charge the values but do not...

Very bad service they charge the values but do not do anything strictly. In seven years of raining in the fractions, every year they send ALP technicians, the works were already in progress to be carried out, there were no more technicians and the works to be done in the following year. This year, there is no forecast for meeting condominiums. They don't answer the phone. Bad experience.

worse than ALP there is no! We rented an apartment at the Moorish, ALP is the owner's attorney. They refused to work on the roof for 9 months, during which time every time it rained there was water in the house. When our lawyer wrote to Dr. Paula Folgado, responsible for the property, she replied with lies of the kind that we refuse the employer to enter the house. They always used the Pandemic excuse by COvid19, the first complaint we made about the situation was on January 29, 2020, the state of emergency was declared March 15, a month and a half would have been more than enough to solve the problem. after 9 months the works finally started, the week to follow, today, we had to leave the house because we had another flood, always Dr. Folgado did not even consider the reimbursement of the hotel. Finally we are going to leave the house, living in a house rented by the ALP is a nightmare, they are distinguished by incompetence, inefficiency and inefficiency.
