We have bought a set of code handles. Fine locks but now one does not. Everything is set correctly, code does it but the lock mechanism does not work. Can happen. If it gets solved. That is precisely the problem with Asse abloy. They are closed until January 2, 2019 and there is also no emergency line or too, just look good, we are on holiday !!! how does this exist? We can not enter our office.

Last year called Nemef for information. Received extensive explanation about the different products and versions. Called last week because I had dropped part of the door hardware when disassembling (for painting). The part was damaged and a replacement part was sent without charge. Excellent service.

Very bad service at this company from Apeldoorn an...

Very bad service at this company from Apeldoorn and Raamsdonkveer! I bought a Nemef ENTR from Safe Beveiliging in Barendrecht. The device does not meet the requirements for which it was manufactured. Everything set as described in supplied manuals. Nemef Apeldoorn called 2 weeks, seller indicated that we would be called back within 3 days. Sure enough! So no one calls back. I went back to Safe Security, and the desk employee said "there because there are problems with this lock, a 0900 number has been opened by Nemef". I called the number (wait 15 min) and yes an employee on the line. I'll have a service technician contact you tomorrow ! And then, right! Nobody called back! Who can help me with this problem? And there are more customers who have complaints with the company Nemef Assa Abloy, and or with the product ENTR

They make good locks. Only the software is super bad. The ENTR application wants to have almost all of your user rights. And that just to open your door. You also receive a meaningless answer to emails.
Due to the update of ENTR I can no longer use the app. Overall a very bad user experience.

After the assessment, contact was made. I could participate in beta tests. But never heard anything again. The ENTR app still won't function without unnecessary permissions.
The lock is so beautifully designed. But the app is really, really bad.
Android software makers apparently still don't understand that you don't need a lot of permissions for a simple app to function. More than BT shouldn't be necessary. But taking a photo and location, what is it necessary for? A GPS logger can use GPS data, but a simple app to open my lock really doesn't need that. Too bad that after many updates they have not been able to get this out again. But the worst and most unreliable I think is that this authorization is NOT requested in the beginning. They only added them later. Then I couldn't return my lock to the store.
When you buy a car, you don't want a box in your car after a service to keep an eye on your location? And without a box, your car will no longer drive. I think they are acting out of incompetence and not so much maliciously. Unfortunately. Not recommended.
