Unprofessional Experience 😕 I recently had the chance to interact with this yacht sales company, and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The communication was inconsistent, and I found myself needing to follow up multiple times to get the information I required. 🕐 While the selection of yachts was decent, the overall customer service left a lot to be desired. I felt as though my inquiries were met with a lack of enthusiasm and urgency. 🚫 There’s potential here, but the execution was lacking. A more attentive and dedicated approach would greatly enhance the experience for prospective buyers.
