Family member is bedridden. Aspire does nothing t...

Family member is bedridden. Aspire does nothing to help. They do vitals & ask about medication & if he's eating & drinking. They do NOT help bathe, shave, comb hair, feed, turn/reposition. The DON'T help with toileting or even wash their face. They do not check for pressure sores or change bandages. The family could easily take vital signs so not sure why they even come.

Poor Management filled with unqualified staff .They cannot negotiate family and work balance. Very self-centered company. All they care about is money and numbers. And so you know, they will pair you up to train with jealous Colleagues who knows nothing but to gossip to the administration. Especially those losers from Nigeria. Very unprofessional company. Will not recommend anyone to work for them.

Aspire was very warm and compassionate to my husband. They were there to answer any questions we may have had. We couldnt have had anyone more professional and caring to my husband Wig and to our family. Jackie was very thorough and took her time with him and answered any questions we had. A huge hug and THANKS to Jackie!!!! We were blessed!!! I am so glad we went with Aspire when he left the hospital!!

There are some very caring people involved with this company, but when we had an emergency and called the 24/7 support line we were told no one would be available because it was a holiday. Please do not lead people to believe you have help available 24/7 when you only have someone in your state answering a telephone.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I have been trying to assist a friend of mine who has been attempting to arrange services for her husband who was recently put on palliative care. When she reached out to this provider, as she was directed to do so by her insurance, they were very rude and condescending. She spoke with several intake personnel who were less than helpful. This company is all about money, NOT patient care or customer service! If I could give advice, please hire intake employees who actually care about people going through difficult times in their lives considering they serve palliative/hospice patients and families.

This company is a joke. I work with a patient that had to use them. Everytime we called they would keep us on the phone asking questions for 20-30 minutes and never would send someone out. This was for a patient that had sudden bad symtoms like heavier breathing or more coughing. Each time instead of them sending us someone we had to take the patient to ER. They are a completely useless company and I've worked with plenty of different companies.
