Aspen systems is full of the kindest and most hospitable group of people. They are there to serve and educate. Their standard for service is beyond expectation. Aspen has achieved much since they began and as any great business there is a wonderful family behind it. It has been a pleasure to learn from them and get to know them over the years.

i am not sure why someone would characterize the customer service response time as horrible. my company has been with aspen about 2 decades and over 2 software offerngs phoenix food and canopy. i would have to say hundreds over hundreds of calls for helpmaybe thousands. response time is fine. maybe its how -you- treat them? to all, if you want a piece of software to run your business - i think they can handle any business really, you should call them. what makes them the best erp is that they employ a ton of people that really know their stuff, meaning our industry. it makes all the difference in the world.
theyre good at what they do. the only bad thing ( and its really bad) its their customer service response time, HORRIBLE.
