i am not sure why someone would characterize the customer service response time as horrible. my company has been with aspen about 2 decades and over 2 software offerngs phoenix food and canopy. i would have to say hundreds over hundreds of calls for helpmaybe thousands. response time is fine. maybe its how -you- treat them? to all, if you want a piece of software to run your business - i think they can handle any business really, you should call them. what makes them the best erp is that they employ a ton of people that really know their stuff, meaning our industry. it makes all the difference in the world.
