Stay away!! My good friend and her 7 year old daughter who is a cancer survivor live here. A pipe ruptured in her ceiling on May 4th.. They have only put a dehumidifier in, her personal belongings were ruined by water- she has had to send her daughter to stay with her grandmother, now BLACK MOLD IS PRESENT.. When the people above walk, the ceiling drywall crumbles and falls down- This company cares nothing about their tenants- This is quite evident.. The management company that owns this property should really step up and rectify this situation.. It is apparent that no representative of this property is going to take of this situation in a professional manor-- With that being said- That is why we have a Health Department and lawyers-- If this company cannot move her into another unit at their expense or send professionals in to complete repairs safely and in an efficient manor-Than unfortunately, I am helping her take this situation into her own hands and will be contacting the appropriate sources to make sure she and her daughter stay safe, which again, her daughter is a cancer survivor, 7 years old with a very low almost non existent immune system..So, in closing, please be smart and steer clear of this property..

I can t believe I m approaching my 9 year anniversary with Aspen Square! One common theme you ll find with this company is tenure. So happy to be a part of this team!

Matt from maintenance came by today and made my day! Fixed my dryer super quickly, was very professional, and we actually really enjoyed his company. This guy was a comedian and on the maintenance team. It was great. 5 stars!

I started with Aspen right after college and will be with them for 10 years come May. Aspen is a great company to work for if you're looking for a team orientated atmosphere where your voice is heard and your hard work is recognized.

You ask your employees to give you 5 star reviews on Google? To help drown out all of the complaints? Nobody cares what its like to work for Aspen. This site is for reviewing your business practices. As in, how you treat renters. The bottom line is, you buy properties in poor condition, triple the rent, and provide no value at all. You are literally what is wrong with America.
