Aspen Dental Review

My usual Aspen Dental closed down so this was a first time visit to the new location in Fairmount. Things have changed a bit from before the change. Now, they require X-Rays even though I don't have any teeth and am 72 years old. I gave them a bit of a hard time about that but they tolerated my abuse nicely. The main purpose of my visit was to get a broken tooth on my denture repaired. They did a wonderful job on that. Very skilled technician(s). I guess my only complaint was that when I go to a business for a product or service (broken tooth repair) I don't like jumping through hoops which have no bearing to getting the repair I need. Seems like in this case the customer ISN'T always right and the needs of the business exceeds the needs of the customer. It'll be interesting to see if that is a successful business plan in the future or if they, too, will close down this location as they have in two other locations. As for me, I'll go back based on the quality of their repairs, the skill of their technicians and their pleasant demeanor in spite of my orneriness.
