Terrible return policy. Ordered a power unit. Got sent a j box. They wont accept my return because I broke the "seal" open. How else am I supposed to know what's in there??? Very disappointed

I purchased an item, a dimmer switch, and the description was not accurate. and did not work. When I called to return it I was told any item that was open and installed could not be returned or exchanged. Any company that doesn't stand by their advertised products and their customers do not deserve the business.

Bad customer service and my lights had to returned 6 times ... don't buy from them ... poor quality

HAVE BEEN USING THEIR LIGHTS FOR MANY YEARS. GREAT PRODUCTS AND THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS FREINDLY.

Customer service is nearly non-existent, they don't stand behind their products. We've been trying to get more than half the lights we've purchased repaired well before 2016 with no luck, ended up purchasing an additional light for over $600 because the original failed and was told it could not be repaired or replaced (less than one year old). We are over $8,500.00 in the hole on an exterior/landscape lighting system that doesn't work, with no recourse. AspectLED doesn't seem to be interested in helping us when I send an email and phone calls are never returned. I suggest saving your money and finding a reputable company that will stand behind their product even if it costs a little extra for a competitors light fixture.

SHADY SHADY!!!!! They apparently custom build the lights when you order a color , don't tell you other than a small light colored orange statement on the page you are ordering from. Nothing I ever received said my lights were being custom built ... and I ordered basic white.... Also, no where on anything did i receive or when i ordered said I was not allowed to return because my lights were "custom". SHADY. DO NOT ORDER. There are plenty of other places that actually care about customer service and arent shady.

We purchased an LED light strip for under shelf lighting. Aspect responded to my email question within an hour and offered to help me with my order. The product arrived earlier than promised and is perfect! Easy installation and looks amazing. I highly recommend this company and it products!

Had a quick question, waited 10 minutes after speaking to someone who transferred the call. No voicemail or real person ever picked up.

There was a 4 inch section of lighting that wasn t working. They would not do anything other than sell me a replacement 16 ft section for $50 plus tax and shipping.

Thank you for hosting the NCEL Young Professionals event at your new facility. Very impressive facility and great tour! The clean rooms and technology that you have up there blew away my expecations. Everyone was impressed with the quality of your products and thought the powder coating process is ecspecially neat. The full size ice cream store in the cafeteria is awesome. Thanks again!

Wow, What a fantastic Company to do business with. I ordered some stainless steel pathway lights and had a great experience. The lights arrived within the promised time and I am amazed how solid they feel and great they look. I will most definitely be purchasing more for my landscape needs and now I have a great source for high quality lighting at a phenomenal price. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I purchased a large amount of the ultra thin ceiling lights. My husband and I are very happy with them. But, due to a miscommunication - my husband didn t read what size to cut the hole before he started! - he cut the hole sizes in our ceiling wrong. I was able to exchange the lights for a different size. Thank you!

I had the great pleasure of doing business with aspectLED directly, and visited their location in White Bear Lake, MN. What great people to deal with, and what a great product. As I waited for my product order to be filled, I heard the receptionist answer questions and deal with customer questions like a pro. Congratulations to Josh, Tessa and the company.

My experience with Aspect LED was entirely positive. The rep who advised me on my purchase was patient and helpful. The recommended materials were reasonably priced, arrived promptly, were exactly as described, easily installed and perfect for my application. My contractor had one question during installation and customer service was readily available. The quality of the light is lovely and the remote works beautifully. I'm glad I chose Aspect LED and would recommend it highly.
