Customer service is nearly non-existent, they don't stand behind their products. We've been trying to get more than half the lights we've purchased repaired well before 2016 with no luck, ended up purchasing an additional light for over $600 because the original failed and was told it could not be repaired or replaced (less than one year old). We are over $8,500.00 in the hole on an exterior/landscape lighting system that doesn't work, with no recourse. AspectLED doesn't seem to be interested in helping us when I send an email and phone calls are never returned. I suggest saving your money and finding a reputable company that will stand behind their product even if it costs a little extra for a competitors light fixture.
